Great Stay

Review of Fireside Resort
5.0 of 5 bubblesReviewed Oct 1, 2016via mobile
We had a perfect stay in our little house at Fireside. Very quiet, comfortable bed and the little house was perfect for the 2 of us.

It was raining last night so we could not have our campfire - maybe next time.

Not you ordinary stay - and we loved it!

The Fireside resort is amazing. Between Wilson, Teton village and Jackson but not too far. Amazing accommodations. If you want a swanky cabin in a great locale with the ability to make your own food and place this is it!

i found these on an internet search for Jackson Hole, and then remembering seeing them in Sunset magazine. These are super cute, fully equipped, well appointed finishes (love, love. love the vichy showers!!) We stayed three nights and loved them and the quiet & privacy. (vs. staying in a hotel) There is no daily room service (unless requested for addl fee) which is nice sometimes to know people are not going in/ out of your room. the town of Jackson is near by, as well as Jackson Hole resort but it it a bit out of the way.

Room tip: the higher the # the farther from the main road.

We stayed here in our Class C motor home towing a keep. The space we had was not huge but it was a comfortable pull through with full hookups. The resort includes adorable Tiny House Cabins and a clean, quiet well maintained RV park. Beautiful views in all directions. Well stocked store including cold beer! Staff friendly and helpful. Great wifi and cable, and we had some reception on our Dish dish. Just around the corner (a few miles) from Jackson. Wild moose nearby. Can't think of anything needing improvement and we would stay here on our next trip to the Grand Teton - Yellowstone area!

I was so excited to stay in a tiny home for a week. The cabin was great and just the right size for 2 people. Loved the kitchenette. I was amazed at how little sound could be heard when the windows were closed. The units are very close to each other but it was never an issue for us. It's in a convenient location too.

We really liked the cabin and loved the location. The biggest downside to our stay was that the main road is shared with the RV park behind the cabins. This results in a lot of RV's and diesel trucks driving up and down the main entrance. We enjoyed the front porch and would have enjoyed it so much more if there wasn't so much traffic going in and out. If there was a different road entrance, we would definitely stay here again. At this point, we will probably try and find different accommodations when we are back to visit. I also was disappointed to find out that housekeeping service was an extra fee.

Room tip: If we book again, we will ask for #19. It has a small porch off the master bedroom.
