“Average about sums it up”
Reviewed March 20, 2014

After a day of hard skiing we did not want to go into town, so we ate at the Spur in Teton Village. The dining room was small, and noisy. The menu was limited, the food was good - not great. We were really put off by a $3.00 "Bread Charge". All in all just a so-so experience.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, I am sorry to hear that your experience was only average. Spur can be a bit lively at times, especially during après ski making it a bit noisy for sure! Although Spur is always a crowded, fun place the noise does tend to subside a little during the dinner hours. Hopefully if you make it back you could give us a try during different hours.
Our bread is from a local bakery (Persephone) here in town and although does cost a bit more we felt that the guests would find it well worth the $3 charge, as it amazing.
Again, thank you for posting we value all feedback to always keep improving the guest experience.

“Great Après ski location”
Reviewed March 19, 2014 via mobile

My husband and I stopped in to Spur and sat at the bar for drinks and munchies. We had been told by the salesperson in Wool and Whiskey that Spur had delicious, hip food and great drinks.
Although there were no mountain views, the bar was comfy and Matt was a very attentive bartender during a busy time. We had the meat and cheese plate which consisted of locally made meats and cheeses. It was delicious. Our drinks were perfect and Matt was very knowledgeable when it came to his local lagers! The gourmet grille cheese sandwich was to die for as were the fries. The bacon wrapped figs were good, although we found them to be too sweet and a bit too rich.

“WONDERFUL Breakafast”
Reviewed March 7, 2014

Yum!!! We begged for their granola recipe but were not successful! Fresh fruit, cold and dry cereals, oatmeal, yogurt, fresh pastries.......and those are the starters.

Chafing dishes with scrambled eggs, home fries, the eggs benedict of the day, assorted hams and sausages, a delicious french toast of the day!

Clean, rustic interior. Booths are a bit of a challenge because of a step up to get into them.

Great staff, good service.

“Great restaurant in Teton Village”
Reviewed March 5, 2014

We enjoyed a very delicious dinner at Spur during our recent ski trip to Jackson Hole. The service was friendly, attentive, and warm. The food was creative and tasty. The decor is modern, but quite warm and welcoming. It is pretty loud, but we ate theree on a Fri night during peak ski season.

“great buffet”
Reviewed March 3, 2014

despite the slow seating with only 1 hostess (they need 2) the buffet reward was worth it. especially if you're taking a whole day of skiing, nice ambiance and prompt service.
