If I had known about Trip Advisor last year I would have posted this review then. I am headed to Hotel Terra in Jackson Hole Wy (Teton Village) for the second year with my teacher girlfriends at the end of the month. I can't begin to tell anyone what an incredible experience we all had during our stay last year and most of it was due to the stay at the Hotel Terra. The rooms are spectacular, with views of the Tetons and surrounding areas. There is not a bad view in the hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and superbly furnished with anything and everthing you could ask firThe service was warm and friendly. All staff, from the front desk to the maid service, were professional, informative and down to earth. Hotel Terra made us feel at home and welcome. We were impressed with the vision of being a "green" hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone (families, friends) who is visiting Jackson, Wyoming.

Our experience at this hotel was horrible. You would think that being located in Teton Village, new construction and rather pricey that the room would be comfortable and good. Far from it. The soundproofing is non existent and you hear every sound. We could not sleep! We were located near a washer/dryer/ice maker vending area and could hear all of the different machine sounds throughout the night together with the elevator runs, bumps, footsteps, whatever. Just horrible. At over $224 per night, you can certainly do better than this place. If you insist on staying there, get earplugs!

Staff was friendly and helpful. We reserved the Passport to the Parks Package which included breakfast and a pass to both Grand Tetons and Yellowstone for 7 days. The breakfast at the Terra Cafe was delicious. We would definitely stay here again. We had some minor problems in our room but they came up and addressed them right away. I can honestly say we never experienced that in other hotels. Thank you to the staff at Hotel Terra.

I loved the oversized towels, deep tub, bath robes, and comfy mattress. The eco-friendly surroundings were very pleasing. The staff was exceptional and went out of their way to please their guests. There is a complimentary washer and dryer on each floor and free internet. Most 4-star places nickle-and-dime you, but there were many ammeninties included in the price here. I would stay here again!

If you're looking for a quality experience this is the hotel for you, The staff is wonderfully helpful and concerned. The rooms are nicely decorated and the heated bathroom floors a real plus in the morning. The roof top hot tub is cozy and inviting. We didn't try the spa treatments but stopped by to to check out the spa which looked elegant and relaxing. Kind of hard to find as the street signs are being replaced, but worth it.
