We had dinner at the Alpenhof Bistro and neither one of us finished our dish. Coq au vin served with mushy spaghetti, canned mushrooms and a tasteless sauce. A huge portion slapped on a plate. The schnitzel was dressed with loads of some fruit jam and served with 3 portions of fries. Not a piece of green on the plate. I have had many schnitzels growing up skiing in the Alps. Never have I seen it dressed with a sweet jam. Juck! Please do not wast your time and tummy here. The service was great. The waitress was very sweet and took 50% of my wife's Coq au Vin off the bill. Not her fault that the janitor is filling in for the cook.
