“Sanfords junk & ale house”
Reviewed September 6, 2013

This seems to be a WY/CO/SD "chain" restaurant. It is heavily adorned with memorbilia of all kinds. A typical "bar" menu with excellent food and service. Depending on where you're seated it can be crowded and noisy but worth the effort just to look and the junk on the floor, ceilin and walls. If you have food, beer is a buck! Well worth a visit.

“Absolutely Fun & Tasty”
Reviewed August 23, 2013

Stayed in Sheridan for the night and walked to Sanfords. Wait staff was friendly, but not a nuisance. We ate at the bar - you gotta go there to check out the bar stools - and had a quiet dinner. I ordered the guaca guaca burger - OUTSTANDING - as were the fried green beens. (I'm sure my arteries closed a bit more that night, but that's not their fault, right!) The beer selection was incredible and the price for a pint was just right. An absolutely enjoyable dinner!

“Wyoming version of Applebees”
Reviewed August 22, 2013

Reminded me of a older and really cluttered Applebees restaurant. Huge menu with the same prices of Applebees but the domestic tap beer was a dollar and served in a little mason jar. The service was fast but nothing special. The club was drowning in mayo and the ham and turkey were of the cold cut variety. The special Cajun fries were recommended by the waitress and just regular old fries with some cayenne shaken on them. The freddies were huge chunks of fried and baked potato wedges with no taste. Might have been better if we tried something else perhaps.

“Fun and a Great Meal”
Reviewed August 18, 2013

After a long day on the road, we were grateful for a pub recommendation from the front desk at the Mill Inn. This place was a short drive down the road from the hotel and did not disappoint. The pub features a massive, varied menu - if you can't find something you like here, forget it. Our waiter was so nice and friendly to my family members who were visiting from England and who had some questions about cuisines, beers, etc. One of our stand-out meals from our long driving trip!

“Great Food Great Service”
Reviewed August 18, 2013

The Mill Inn staff recommended this restaurant to us based on our question of reasonably priced and family friendly. This place was all that and then some. Enjoyed the food tremendously and the dollar beer. Our little 1 yr old was even able to find some food he enjoyed. The prices were good and the selection great. We were seated immediately and served promptly. Although I have to say they weren't busy at the time we went there. 5ish. The décor is interesting. Old license plates, signs, etc. American Pickers would have a wonderful time there. Highly recommend and can see us returning there if we are ever in Sheridan again.
