We ate there on Valentine's Day and the food was phenomenal! We did have to wait a long time, but I think because they are still working some kinks, and it was packed, so that it was understandable. And the food was worth the wait! V-Day was a six course special featuring steak and lobster. I have traveled a lot and never expect fresh seafood in Wyoming, but it was possibly the best cooked lobster I've ever had - tender and juicy. The steak was cooked perfectly, too. All of the other courses were delightful, including some kind of sweet and savory green salad that was amazing, bacon flavored gnochi, and a rich chocolate truffle for dessert. We left quite satisfied. We want to go back now that they are also featuring a new menu. Haven't tried it but looks like there are Gluten Free, Vegetarian, and Wild Game items. We also visited the bar and had a nice cocktail and a cabernet. Both were great. Service was also very courteous despite the fact that it was slow.
