“The free dinosaur exhibit was stunningly good”

Natural History Museum - Western Wyoming Community College
Attraction details
Reviewed July 8, 2013

Our family of 4 stopped in Rock Springs, WY for an evening stay. After dinner we decided to follow the signs to the Dinosaur Exhibit.
The exhibit was housed throughout a Union type building on Western Wyoming's Community College campus. The had some serious dinosaur skeletons and other fossil displays. It was quite impressive, especially for a free walk around exhibit.
According the pamphlet we picked up (and my wife thoroughly read), there are only 11 full T-Rex skeletons ever found and there was one here (probably a casting, but it was still cool). The other dinosaur skeletons seemed to be all from finds in WY.
It was a great way to spend an evening

Neat setting and very large dinosaur skeleton display. Many other displays as well about the city and its history.
