Stayed here one night and loved the hotel. The price, the rooms and cleanliness are all wonderful! The bathrooms are wonderful, loved the granite in the bathroom.

We even received coupons for the restaurant and we had a great dinner.

This hotel is definitely worth more than the $80 per night we paid.

Stay there if you can!

I read some reviews of this hotel and I was concerned about the cleanliness of the rooms. This was not an issue! We stayed two nights and the room was clean. The rooms are large and well appointed. Customer service was excellent, with very friendly and capable staff. The restaurant was a nice surprise; with a good menu, large portions and reasonable prices. The casino had free soft drinks and coffee, and was well ventilated. Because of the very reasonable price of the room and good location, I will be staying here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a room that faces the mountains.

This is a fairly new hotel, which must turn the rooms very quickly as cleanliness in the rooms left alot to be desired. There is a dust line along the top of the small sofa in the room, a dust line under the desk, where they don't bother to pull out the chair and vacume under the desk when vacuming the room. Beyond that, I don't think our room had been vacumed at all before we checked in because there were crumbs all over the floor. The bed was clean, though the mattress had a sunk in place on the right side. The bathroom was clean, but the room just didn't smell fresh. The front desk staff were very friendly, and all the common areas were very clean, but I wouldn't stay here again due to fact the cleanliness in the common areas does not extend to the rooms.

Came in for the Native American Dance Competition and the service was great. Rooms are clean and very big. Me and my wife and two children had no problem falling asleep. Went and visited Thermopolis for the day and then came back to watch the dancing. The Northern Arapaho Experience Dance Team was excellent. Eating at the casino was very good and affordable. Not much of a gambler but tried my luck on the tables. Over all, the customer service was great. We live in Utah and visit Wyoming quite a bit so I know for sure where I am going to stay next time!

The room was well appointed, 2 Queens, Sofa & Chair, 42" TV. On the surface looked clean. But, found stir sticks on the floor, used coffee pod in the coffee pot, bathroom mouth wash had been opened & used, 'strange items' in the closet. Even though this is only 12+ months old the tub had numerous chips, the ceiling grid were rusted, bathroom could of been cleaner. They charge a $50.00 damage deposit at check in. Couldn't figure why they would charge 'damage' deposit for Seniors. The SMOKE was terrible when you entered the lobby even tho this is a 'Smoke Free' hotel. Smoke feeds in from the Casino. Probably won't stay here again, but it was worth a one time trial.

I have traveled throughout the US and this was by far the best staff I have ever encountered. I was there for business and my husband joined me for 3 days. Even the maintenance man in the elevator smiled, told us to enjoy our day and seemed to really mean it. Hats off to whoever trains the crew on Customer service. The rooms where clean, and so comfortable. Will go back again for a pleasure trip for sure. If you go tell Corrine at the front desk that her attitude started out our great experiance.

Room Tip: This is a hotel, casino and dining options on the same property. The food was great. Lamb chops awes...

They have the best BEDS ever!! You want a nice clean, large room and the most comfortable bed then stay here. The bathrooms are large and well maintained. Very clean. The staff is excellent and treat you like queens and kings. Need anything just ask and they will be more then happy to assist you. Provide late check outs, just have to let them know your needs. Stay here lots and will continue to do so!

Room Tip: The rooms on the west side have great Mountain Views.
