In-room movie cost was out of line, other than that it was a great place. Allowing pets is always key for us and the hotel is surrounded by fields for dog walking. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we have ever had, especially with a great selection fresh fruit. We try to stay at Hampden whenever possible,

Wonderful hotel, beautiful accomodations and a great breakfast! We had called ahead for reservations and were glad that we did - this hotel filled up quicky and it is no wonder why - it is the nicest one in the area. Easy to find, jst off the interstate. I wish we had gotten in earlier and pool and fitness center - they looked wonderful.

I do like Hampton Inns, and this one is also great. I felt the price ($169 for a King with sofa bed), was steep, but it was clean, safe and comfortable. The breakfasts are notoriously bad, but you can grab a coffee and go somewhere else. (Another reason, I think the price is steep).

The beds were amazing. Front lobby is very clean and the breakfast area is large compared to other hotels. Waffles for breakfast and eggs, fruit, etc. The hotel was quiet and allowed pets which was a plus for us.

We were travelling across the country and needed a place to stay with the family, including our pets. We arrived well before check in, and they were able to let us have the room early. Our room was spacious, and clean. There was no noise from outside at all (there had been an accident right at the corner by the hotel and we didn't hear it), however the guests in the room next to us could be heard. Its hard to say if they were just loud talkers though. The breakfast room is nice but could use a little better set up for people to eat other then the bar height long table. There is only a handful of other tables. The breakfast offerings are what you expect from any chain. The little lady who was running the breakfast area was sweet and quick to offer help, she also kept it stocked very well. The pool area was also quite clean.

We stayed at 4 other Hampton Inn's on our trip through Wyoming and this had to be the worst. We love Hampton Inn's and their commitment to quality - so maybe we just caught it on one of their bad days? You can decide :)

The lady making breakfast was not keeping up at all with how many people needed food and kept promising things were coming out...but after 30 min we decided they weren't.

Sitting at breakfast we could actually hear the lady working at the front desk scream repeatedly at her kids. Apparently day care wasn't an option...or perhaps it was bring your kids to work day?

The pool was so chlorinated it burned our eyes without us even going under the water - the fumes were enough to make us bail after about 10 min in the hot tub.

While we were shuffling our luggage out the door we heard the front desk chastise some poor guy that just wanted to see when he could check in.

Not the worst experience I've had at a hotel but it wasn't the best. There are about 4 other hotels near this one that may be better - I'd recommend trying them.

I do apologize for your issues while staying at my hotel. I have spoken to my front desk staff and to my breakfast crew. I will have this situation taken care of and I again apologize for your issues. I do hope you continue to stay at Hampton Inn's and HIlton properties and if you are ever in our area again please consider giving us another try. Thank you for your time to fill out a response as I take these very seriously and use them as training tools.
