It's all about the little things:

-clean bathroom with stall shower that was clean and had awesome water pressure
-soft, comfortable bed
-warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in (and again later when i sent my husband down for dessert)
-good restaurant recommendations
-pet friendly
-well appointed, clean, stylish rooms

The only negative we experienced was when we woke up the power was off. We were on the third floor with TONS of stuff (including our pets). I went to the lobby to ask what was up and they said there was a power outage in the area and that there was nothing they could do and that it wouldn't be on for 2 hours! We had to drag all of our stuff down 3 flights of stairs. Ugh. I asked if they were doing anything for guests (discount, breakfast coupon for perkins [onsite]) and they said "no, it's not our fault." Hmmm. That's not very good customer service. It took us 30 minutes and a lot of sweat to load our car and then the power came back on. Figures :) Maybe if they had offered me a warm chocolate chip cookie I would have been less grumpy about the whole thing.

Overall, it really wasn't their fault and the hotel is very nice and was one of the most comfortable and clean we stayed in on our trip. There aren't many nice hotels that accept pets.

We stayed at this hotel on our cross country journey from Chicago to California. It is in a cute town and is very new. The room was clean and updated, I wish I could have stayed more than one night. We were traveling with our dog and things worked out great!

Driving through and needed somewhere for one night. Most hotels in the area are not "dog friendly", so we chose this one because it is.

The staff was friendly (in fact almost overly so!) Hotel is new, bright, clean. Room was good sized with a refrigerator and microwave. Beds were VERY comfortable!

Several restaurants nearby. If you get a chance, tryout McAlister's Deli for great salads, sandwiches and baked potatoes...many vegetarian options! Also a Jamba Juice nearby for your healthy morning smoothie!

The rate we paid for our king bed room was around $150, which I thought was pretty expensive for the area.

This hotel was real close to a restaurant hood installation job I had. Laramie and Cheyenne were accessible. Thank you American Professional Services for sending us here. Loved the experience, good stay for a A.P.S. hoods installation job.
