“Love this place so much that I wish I lived closer.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed April 17, 2012

I don't normally go here since I live on the other side of town, but I absolutely love their bagels. And they are smart about their day-old products: they sell discount half-dozens and also make older products into bagel chips. They also sell Seattle's Best coffee at a respectable price. Always a good place for a nice breakfast bagel.
Not the best place to stop for a meal unless you're in a small group. There are only a few tables. It's mostly a grab and go.

“A decent place for a quick meal”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 24, 2012

We visited this place for a quick lunch. There was a short line, but it went quickly as the girls behind the counter were quite efficient and worked well together.

They have a quite nice selection of bagel sandwiches available and you can even design your own to suit your tastes. Drinks are available in both fountain cups and bottles, along with bottled water, juices and teas. Seating is quite limited. They share an interior door with the Qdoba Mexican restaurant that allows a patron to move freely between the two restaurants. Good stuff!

“Tasty bagels, but don't visit if you're in a hurry”
3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 8, 2012

The bagels were very tasty each time we've visited, and the MegaBerry cream cheese is delicious times three. The service is typically very slow, and sometimes it seems they are way under-staffed. The last visit was on a Sunday morning, and there was one person at the counter and one in the kitchen area. Tables and floors were very dirty, and people were lined up. The counter help was frazzled and impatient.

“Service matters!”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed August 27, 2011

While in town visiting my daughter at U.W. we stopped for a light breakfast 2 mornings in a row. The bagels are very good and fresh. The service sure wasn't. I understand that everybody isn't a "morning person" but it was after 9:00 am each visit. The 3 girls working seemed to be in slow motion. From my point of view (the customer) They could use more of a production line process. 1 person on the grill cooking. 1 slicing and preparing and one at the register. Each girl took the same person from start to finish. Took WAY TOO LONG for this sort of meal, Nobody was real friendly or seemed to be real excited to be there. I don't get to town often, but more than likely I wouldn't return solely for the poor and slow service

“You might as well call a donut a bagel.”
2 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 31, 2011

Soft puffy goo. Get real, that is not a bagel.

Coffee was cold and had to be microwaved.
