“Way more authentic then the appearance suggests!”
Reviewed February 7, 2013

While this place looks like a typical fast-food restaurant, don't let the looks deceive you! Excellent, reasonably priced, made to order Mexican fare with a salsa bar that flat out ROCKS! Nice seating area, friendly service, great food, nothing bad to say, because I will probably eat here on every visit to Laramie!

“We will be back!”
Reviewed January 15, 2013

What a surprise! Very good Mexican food in Laramie. This place had great food and reasonable prices. Good guacamole (warm chips) and good fish burritos and chicken burritos. Horchata, too. No complaints at all. We ate in, but can easily do take out as they have a drive -through. What a find. Will return for sure.

“Holy Cow!”
Reviewed January 15, 2013 via mobile

The fact that this restaurant is open 24-hours is just an added bonus. You can tell that the food is freshly made and it is always good.

Getting a (really good) breakfast burrito for $3.60 is unbelievable. The California Burrito is only a little bit more and it is top notch!

All in all, this place is somewhere you can go any time you feel the urge for Mexican Food, and it never disappoints.

“big burritos”
Reviewed January 10, 2013

Breakfast options in Laramie are pretty limited and I was looking for something other than a fast food sandwich. I had the breakfast burrito, and it was a big burrito! It was cooked to order, and the tortilla tasted homemade. I've stopped in for breakfast burritos several times and have been pleased, and for $3.50, it can't be beat. I plan to try other items in the future. I hope more folks try Almanza's because I think they offer a different style of Mexican food in town.

“Great homestyle Mexican food, Excellent prices”

Fresh, from scratch, great flavor. Their weekend menudo is some of the best I've had, and the tortas are excellent.
