“Pretty good hotel. Value for money.”
Reviewed February 6, 2013

The hotel seems family owned, and by all indications they work hard to make it a success.
The night manager was very helpful and quite friendly. The rooms were clean and comfy. The free breakfast was not great. The biscuits and gravy were exceptionally bad... I wish they would put out better product on their breakfast buffet, but hey. All in all, a nice stop.

We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with our experience at the Laramie Days Inn. With our grandson at the University, serveral members of the family (us, his mother, his aunt) have stayed at other properties and wrote off our unpleasant experiences as there being a 'captive audience' in a college town. We booked 2 rooms for the family the night before the Homecoming game to attend an honors event at the University that day. Some of the family had to return home immediately following the game the next day, but some of us wanted to spend one more night in order to visit with our son (grandson) a little more. With it being the homecoming game, of course they had been booked solid. However, the staff kept us in mind when they received a cancellation and made our day when they let us know we could keep one of our same rooms another night! That also gave the entire family somewhere to hang out all day before the game as the weather was cold too. We had 2 children in our entourage, so we all enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub - turned out to be a great mini vacation! We found the continental breakfast to be very good - everyone enjoyed the fresh waffles and I was glad for the hard boiled eggs as I have to have protein in the morning. The kids wanted to go swimming at every opportunity, so it was nice not having to leave for breakfast. I was also pleased with the access to coffee all day. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but the biggest thing was the excellent staff - no matter what we needed, the staff is well versed in Customer Service. I have absolutely no complaints about our stay and will definitely book there again and will also recommend this property to others. Thank you again to the excellent staff at the Laramie Days Inn!

Recently stayed a week at the Days Inn in Laramie WY. It was most excellent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They cleaned my room each day including vacuuming. The pool and hot tub were nice. There were even healthy choices for breakfast in the AM.
If you ever have to spend a winter week in the mountains of Wy. the Days Inn is a nice warm place to come home to..

We left the dump next door (E.L) and headed to the Days Inn around 7:30 PM Dec. 7th. Angie was on duty and was assisting a customer on the phone,(super patient and helpful!). She listened to our complaints of the neighboring hotel and was able to give us a reasonable rate on the 3 queen suite and provided instruction for parking the semi. As we were traveling with our 3 kids, (separate vehicle for the girls and I :0), we were really interested in enjoying the pool. Although 2 windows were slightly opened in the pool area to help with climate control, the hot tub and pool were both warm, working & OPEN... we spent an hour relaxing and playing.
The room temp stayed well regulated, it was clean, and best part....ladies you will appreciate this.... they provide CONDITIONER!!! Not 2 in 1 shampoo, but the real thing! Didn't eat breakfast, just grabbed a cup of coffee on the way out and it was just what I needed for the 4 hour trip home. For sure the place we will be staying next trip south.

Room Tip: If you have more than 4 in your party, inquire about the 3 Queen bed suite....cheaper than getting t...

Our stay at this hotel was very enjoyable, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were very helpful to get the rooms that we needed at a very good price. We had booked the three bed room as there were going to be five of us, but it was on the third floor with no elevator, so they gave us two rooms, adjoining, one of which was a handicap room, which allowed us all to be very comfortable

The hotel and the room we stayed in was very clean. Bob and Harry were very polite and helped me get the best rate possible for my stay. That is really the only "High" points. On the downside, breakfast was ok but not a lot of variety. A hot breakfast would really make you feel like your getting your money's worth out of your stay. Cereal and pastries don't do much to fill you up though the waffle maker is a nice addition. The rooms only source of heat may sometimes decide to cool for a couple hours instead which leads to an uncomfortable wake up. Tiny tv with no DVD player. No elevator in the hotel, but I don't think there are any handycap accesable rooms on the second floor. The blankets are pretty thin, you would think that being in the mountains of Wyoming they would give you something more substantial. Also, the room is decorated in what I can only guess would be something very fashionable in the late 70's. Not a big negative, but if you pay almost a hundred dollars a night you want a little more. Overall, wasn't very impressed and won't be staying there again. Worth the risk to try another place.
