Amazing spot to set up a base camp next to the lakes inlet. Never ending fishing and located very close to at least 5 other lakes. Be sure to always bring your winter gear being that in the middle of June we experienced snow, hail and rain over a four day period. Inclement weather totaled 2 hours in a 4 day span. Access through Blue Ridge to wilderness boundary via ATV makes the short hike a fun experience especially since you have enough energy to continue on to surrounding lakes.
