Our last night in Jackson Hole we dined at Nikai Sushi, based on a local's recommendation. The place was packed and we were lucky to get a table in the beautifully decorated 2nd floor dining room. We started out with a Coconut Margarita which was really, really good - but filling. The sushi, side dishes and Kobe beef sliders were hands down excellent. The only disappointment was the Asian Street Ribs never made it to our table -- wonder if someone else enjoyed them. Service is a bit disjointed as dishes came out in no specific order -- and we didn't appreciate the questionable look the waiter gave us when he was asked to remove the charge for the ribs from the bill. During our next trip to Jackson we'll visit again and hope for better service.
