Burgers and Beer were excellent. Wait staff was customer friendly. Our group of five really enjoyed our first dining experience in Jackson.

Went for dinner on a Friday night, it was busy, which was predicted. Service isn't always the best here. Their staff is younger and I've never had service that was that great. The staff always leaves the feeling that their to busy for you and that they don't care. Get the customers in and out. It's a brewery, we want to stay and enjoy. Beer is good of course by the food isn't the best. Their menu tries to be very gastropub like but it does not stand up to the quality. The pretzel we ordered was very dry and hard, all three sausages tasted the same on the three sausage plate (one was at least a little spicy), and the pizza was flavorful but dry. On, and the drunk older lady at the table next to us didn't help much either. I felt sorry for her friends. hahaha. This is a place for tourist. I'll just buy their beer in the store or enjoy it somewhere else.

This was a great find. We ate here 2 times on our last trip to Jackson hole. The chicken and coconut soup excellent. Gumbo better than in New Orleans. Veggie pizza non greasy thin crust better than you would get at California pizza kitchen. Try beet salad will not go wrong. We also had slash and burn trout over bed of veggies with a really delicious sauce. Very generous portions and less expensive and better than any restaurant we tried while at Jackson. And also beer they brew there, awesome.

There is nothing wrong with this place...its just nothing special. If you are the microbrewery type you wont be disappointed. A selection of microbrews made on the premise that range from mediocre to dreadful. You can find something paletable and if you are into the IPA craze you'll have an easier time at finding a beer. I however, prefer either the Zonker stout or the Snake River Lager. Neither come up to a Guinness or a Spaten! The Sorachi Ace Pale Ale is simply awful.
The food is hearty pub fare that is reasonably priced. We had the warm beet salad that was quite good followed by the BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza was heavy on the BBQ sauce and it overpowered any other flavor. The pizza is thin crust. In retrospect, one of the pub entrees may have been a better choice.
We visited on a Friday night. The place was full and very noisy which was to be expected. Service was busy and somewhat haphazard and they struggled with the crowds.
I'm glad we tried it out but we still prefer "The Bird" where all the beer is German and the burgers are to die for.

When I think of brew pub food, I think eight kinds of burgers, fries, lots of fried options, etc. The food here was not anything like that at all! I had the steak tacos, absolutely delicious! They had pasta options, they did make pizza, baked artichoke dip, just so many things to pick from I had a hard time deciding. The food was delicious and the service was great. Will definitely go back on my next trip to Jackson Hole.
