This is a must, in the way that eating off a food cart outside Grand Central in NYC is a must. It's not about the cuisine, it's about the experience and checking something off the "must do" list, and sitting uncomfortably on a saddle-seat at the over-the-top carnival-like bar and drinking bottled beer and eating a mediocre burger is the best way to spend your noontime lunch break while exploring Jackson. If you grew up with Roy Rogers and western movies and had a Daisy air rifle, you'll be in childhood nostalgia heaven. Accept and love it for what it is: a touristy total immersion into cowboy kitsch and cliché.
5 stars for atmosphere because they don't give 10. That said, ladies, I'd think twice about a guy who gives this 5 stars for romance.
