Description: Inspired by bakeries in France and beyond, Persephone Bakery Boulangerie and Cafe remains rooted in Wyoming, a local orientation expressed in our breakfast and lunch menus' focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The cafe carries a core collection of classic artisanal breads as well as a spectrum of sweets, from French croissants and kouing aman to cupcakes and tarts. To complement our creations, Persephone proudly carries Chicago-based artisanal roaster Intelligentsia Coffee. Housemade flavor syrups and European hot chocolate round out the barista bounty.

“Great bakery!”
Reviewed August 22, 2014 via mobile

This place is just adorable. The baked goods and coffee are on point. When we went, my husband and I got 2 cookies, an almond crossaint, a s'more, and a almond strawberry tart with a latte. Everything was fantastic. Can't recommend this place enough.

“Outstanding breakfast!”
Reviewed August 21, 2014

My family and I had breakfast and it was spot on from the food to the service. The cinnamon rolls are excellent as well as the egg sandwich that I had. The staff is exceptionally friendly and very attentive. Great find in Jackson.

“Search for special morning meal in Jackson, Wyoming”
Reviewed August 19, 2014

Throughout our search in town for restaurants in Jackson Hole we came upon this bakery and it reminded me of a European style cafe. It was quaint with a little outdoor decking area for eating. The menu consisted of breakfast and lunch menu with sandwiches, salads, several types of coffee and huge pastries.
The prices were in the range of $7-10 for the breakfast, $2-5 for pastry,$8-10 for sandwiches and $9-10 for salads. i tried their croissant filled with chocolate and their Asparagus & Beet salad with added chicken was wonderful.
If you like being outdoor and in no hurry, this is a relaxing place for a meal. They also serve different kinds of wine as well as sparkling drinks, teas, soda and lemonade.
