“fantastic pastries!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 29, 2014

Best place in Jackson for pastries. I can sit outside on the patio, enjoy the cool mountain air on their shady deck, sip my latte, and enjoy my delicious pastry or dessert, while reading the local free newspaper. Everything they make is simply delicious. They also make salads too in case I want lunch.

“Awesome little bakery”

The vibe is great and the food is even better. Definitely try it one morning in Jackson! We tried several pastries and I particularly liked the currant scone. It was buttery but not heavy... truly heavenly with coffee.

“Great Ambiance for Pastry Fix”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 27, 2014

The shop is completely beautiful and adorable and all that I would want a bakery to be. The pastries gaze at you from behind glass as they are arranged in that typical artisan fashion that says, we are abundant and crafted with care. I was most impressed with the crossaint. As for my other pastries, they fell a bit short. The cookies were delicious, but not five star. And, there was something funky with the brownie I got. I wasn't thrilled with their recipe.
I didn't get the most welcoming vibe from staff. One woman seemed a bit pretentious and was much friendlier with locals. That put me off a little.

“Marvelous pastries”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 24, 2014

Ate here for breakfast three times in our few days in Jackson. Had only the pastries and coffees. The baked goods are truly very well done--rival the best anywhere. Had brioche, croissants, and scones. All were excellent, although the cheddar pepper scone could have done with a bit more pepper. Others were eating breakfast sandwich meals that looked good but we never made it past the pastries. Highly recommended.

“Popular Place”

When other restaurants have items from this bakery, you know it is good. Croissants were delicious and so were the other baked goods.
