Description: Inspired by bakeries in France and beyond, Persephone Bakery Boulangerie and Cafe remains rooted in Wyoming, a local orientation expressed in our breakfast and lunch menus' focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The cafe carries a core collection of classic artisanal breads as well as a spectrum of sweets, from French croissants and kouing aman to cupcakes and tarts. To complement our creations, Persephone proudly carries Chicago-based artisanal roaster Intelligentsia Coffee. Housemade flavor syrups and European hot chocolate round out the barista bounty.

“Amazing as always!”

Such a great little spot, and fantastic food. Don't miss the scones and other pastries, but lunch is a must too. How about a vanilla latte with house made vanilla!?

“A Great Discovery”
Reviewed November 26, 2013

It's not that I hate that huge, chain coffee place but it's nice to find a quality local place with great products and friendly service.

My friend and I went for a walk in the early morning to scope out the town of Jackson with the assignment of bring back a snack for our sleeping wives. After that first morning we returned every morning and bought the same thing. I don't remember what it was called but kind of a rolled croissant, also picked up cookies for our day trip to Yellowstone.

Great place with a variety of beautiful bakery items, I wish we had a place like this close to home.

“Awesome bakery”
Reviewed November 10, 2013

We visited Persephone at the urging of our friend and we were glad we did. This is a small café down from the town square. It is a quaint shop with an outdoor sitting area where we sat to enjoy their coffee & latte. We also purchased a variety of cookies, pastries and cake to take back to enjoy with our friends - everything was delicious. Definitely recommend.

“Good croissant”
Reviewed November 7, 2013

We went early afternoon and no surprise, most of the baked goods were gone. But they did have chocolate croissants left. They were not cheap, but they were huge and they were quite good. Worth the price for sure. The place was pretty much full and everything we saw looked good. I would recommend stopping in if you are in Jackson, but go in the morning if you want the good selection.
