We just got back from dinner at Bin 22. Bin 22 is a liquor store with a small tapas style restaurant attached. You can select a bottle of wine in the store and take it through to the restaurant and pay the (reasonable) store price. We sat outside on the deck on a lovely late May evening. There was a good buzz of conversation. My family of 4 tried about half the dishes on the tapas menu. The small plate portions were pretty decent. The food quality was outstanding. The prices ($7 - $13) were terrific value. We ate 8 dishes plus 3 deserts plus drank a very good $45 bottle of Oregon pinot noir for a total check of $135. We are now full, happy and plotting a return to Bin 22. Highly recommended.
