Description: Bin22 in Jackson Hole reflects the sophisticated energy of New York City and the rustic elegance of the Italian countryside, all in a quaint space in the heart of Jackson. This cozy downtown addition flaunts a diverse selection of great value wines, craft beers and regional spirits unparalleled by any shop in the Valley. Adjacent to the libations lies a small grocer featuring homemade pastas, pizza dough, cheeses, salumi, ice cream and more. Venture beyond the specialty grocer and bottle shop to the intimate wine bar area and outdoor deck, open for lunch and dinner daily. Order from the extensive wine, beer and cocktail menu while enjoying Spanish and Italian style tapas and delectable desserts. Belly up to one of the community tables and get lost amidst the rustic wood surroundings or stop for a quick visit with the cheese monger pulling fresh mozzarella at the open kitchen window. Sip Wyoming Whiskey from the state's first legal distillery, poured straight from the cask behind the marble bar. An experience for the senses, Bin22 offers a contemporary take on an old world culinary experience.

“So original!!”
Reviewed September 7, 2013

A very original concept: half of the place is a nice wine store (good selection and helpful advices from people working there), and the other half is a restaurant (tapas style). You can buy a bottle of wine and have it opened for your meal. Every tapas we had were delicious (shrimp, meatballs, salad, mozarella, prosciuto..) The place is very nice, all wood and metal, and there is a terrasse. Tables are big, so you share them with others, which add a sympathic touch to your experience. And the staff is fantastic. Try it, it is a must in Jackson!

“I'm not certain”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

Sharing a table is okay if you have others that want strangers to sit with you. there were empty seats, but people sitting at the tables were a little rude about us joining. so we waited and sat at the bar, a unenthusiastic bartender slowly strolled over to us asked us if we wanted anything, had to inform him that we wanted to eat!!! I guess he just assumed we knew that the menu was on the chalk board and we should have read it before sitting down. so we had to completely turn around to see the menu board. we had some questions but our bartender Frank had vanished. He returned a little later, we had some questions that he really couldn't answer very well. But we ordered anyway. Finally my wine came and a warm beer from their own brewery??? The small plates arrived after about 20 minutes, not everything came at once, I guess we should have just known that was going to happen. I'm not certain I'll be back.

Thanks for sharing your review. Sorry to hear your experience with us didn't live up to expectations, or ours. We've found most people find the communal tables welcoming and lively, so I'm sorry you did not experience this when you came in.

While we do have the menu posted on the wall, for ease and convenience, we also have printed menus available on tables and from servers. Due to the nature of the tapas menu, dishes are brought out as they are prepared, but please do let us know if you would prefer with one dish over another. We are happy to serve them in the order you'd prefer to enjoy them!

We appreciate you joining us while you were town and hope you'll give us another try next time you find yourself in Jackson Hole.

“Wine bar gem”
Reviewed September 3, 2013

A few short blocks from tourist clogged Town Square is Bin 22.
This retail wine shop has a wonderful intimate wine bar in the back. We enjoyed being able to pick a bottle at reasonable retail cost and have it chilled and served to us with no corkage fee. We shared a generous portion of caprese salad made with house pulled mozzarella and beautiful tomatoes, two servings of the garlic shrimp with piquillo peppers and the divine chocolate salumi for dessert. Service was attentive and as friendly as the communal seating. Very fun and delicious change of pace.

“Shared table, shared plate, patio...fantastic”
Reviewed August 29, 2013

We loved this place. The tapas are tasty and by ordering them a few at a time, dinner was leisurely and delightful. Chatted to table mates, from Belgium but living in town so got some good tips for activities and other restaurants. The prosciutto and peas tapa was a particular favorite. Good wine, average cost.

“So good we went twice”
Reviewed August 27, 2013 via mobile

We stopped by for a glass of wine and discovered a great pre dinner place. You can buy the wine retail and with no corking fee sit at communal tables or the bar and order a great assortment of appetizers. The cheese selection was excellent. The second night we almost stayed for dinner but had reservations. A nice spot
