Description: Bin22 in Jackson Hole reflects the sophisticated energy of New York City and the rustic elegance of the Italian countryside, all in a quaint space in the heart of Jackson. This cozy downtown addition flaunts a diverse selection of great value wines, craft beers and regional spirits unparalleled by any shop in the Valley. Adjacent to the libations lies a small grocer featuring homemade pastas, pizza dough, cheeses, salumi, ice cream and more. Venture beyond the specialty grocer and bottle shop to the intimate wine bar area and outdoor deck, open for lunch and dinner daily. Order from the extensive wine, beer and cocktail menu while enjoying Spanish and Italian style tapas and delectable desserts. Belly up to one of the community tables and get lost amidst the rustic wood surroundings or stop for a quick visit with the cheese monger pulling fresh mozzarella at the open kitchen window. Sip Wyoming Whiskey from the state's first legal distillery, poured straight from the cask behind the marble bar. An experience for the senses, Bin22 offers a contemporary take on an old world culinary experience.

Then this is the place for you. Portions are probably a little smaller for the price versus Spain but then much of it has probably to be imported ( eg the cheeses) great choice of wines in the shop and good fresh food. We really enjoyed it, a nice buzz too.

Thanks for sharing your review. We do import many of our meats and cheese, but also hand make items like our mozzarellas to provide an authentic, high quality and artfully prepared menu to guests. Happy to hear you appreciated the authentic atmosphere and food. Cheers!

Try Bin 22, it's a touch of Europe in downtown Jackson.
The bistro is tucked into the back of a well stocked wine and gourmet food shop.given that it's also a wine shop their wine selection is excellent and very reasonable. The staff is attentive and well schooled in the wine they serve, in fact, this was perhaps the best service we had in Jackson, and this really means something.
We sampled assorted salamis and cheeses all of which were outstanding. so if you want a break from the big burgers, steaks, and game (I love them too, but sometimes you need a break) do yourself a favor and dropin on Bin22

Thanks for the thoughtful review and for coming in! So glad to hear you felt the European vibe of Bin22 - from a thoughtful wine selection to small plates and a specialty grocer area, Owner Gavin Fine drew from personal experiences in Spain and Italy when creating Bin22. And as much as we love our steaks and burgers around here, we happen to agree- it's nice to try something a little different! We look forward to seeing you again in the future - cheers!

“Nice addition to Jackson dining scene”

We lunched at Bin 22 on the recommendation of a friend. It is a great alternative to the traditional lunch venues with tapas style plates, meat and cheese combos, and excellent desserts. The staff were terrific and very attentive. Had we come later in the day, we would have bought a bottle of wine to enjoy with our small plates. A delicious and delightful afternoon! A great place to meet friends.

We'd love to see you again, maybe this time for an afternoon drink with your meal!

“This place is fantastic!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 19, 2013

We were actually looking for the Jackson Hole Wine company which received stellar reviews and because the wine and spirits shop by the Albertsons grocer was anemic in selection and depressing. GPS took us to Bin 22. I'm not sure if a name change occurred or I never saw the sign for JH Wine Co, but at any rate I'm glad I found Bin 22. The front is the wine store with a phenomenal selection of vino. If you do not know what you want, saunter back to the bar, order some tapas and try a glass or two of wine. Then go buy what you liked. The food is outstanding. This is tapas style so you can enjoy many, many varieties. The chorizo stuffed dates, the hand pulled mozarella, octapus, charcuterie and cheeses: all wonderful. The space is relaxed with a hint of rustic elegance. Again outdoor seating is terrific, I think this is requisite in Jackson Hole.

“Wonderful meeting place”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed July 15, 2013

After our visit at Grand Tetons, we decided to eat at Bin 22. We came without reservation, but were quickly accommodated to the bar where we had glasses of wines, while sharing tapas-style plates. They have a tapas menu consisting of cold cut meats (hams, etc), cheeses, olives marinated in oil and garlic, as well as several small dishes. The staff was extremely friendly and we enjoyed the atmosphere. It's like a tapas bar in Spain, with high tables and stools. People sit on high stools to socialize and talk with their companions. If you are looking for a traditional sit-down place, this is not the right place. We will definitely come back to this place again.
