Stayed here for 2 nights and the only negative I can talk about was a slight odor of paint and varnish, due to a recent upgrade, but it certainly wasn't a deal-breaker. After 2 min in the room, no problem. The fire pit outside the front door was a nice touch and it was needed. The service ,staff and quality was typical top shelf Hampton. A very nice hotel.

Thank you for your kind words!

We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us!

We are loving all the new amenities this hotel has to offer our guests and the fire pits out front are a big hit on chilly mornings and cool evenings! We can't wait to see how many guests bundle up to enjoy them this winter!

We look forward to seeing you again on your next trip and thank you for choosing the Hampton Inn Jackson Hole over the many lodging options in the valley.

Take care,

Breakfast is my personal favorite amenity of our hotel...I'm a big waffle fan! And then there’s the biscuits and gravy, oh, and the oatmeal – always good on a chilly morning in Jackson Hole!

We look forward to seeing you again on your next trip and thank you for choosing the Hampton Inn Jackson Hole over the many lodging options in the valley.

We spent 4 nights at the recently renovated Hampton Inn, Jackson Hole, Wyoming. From the friendly welcome to the spotlessly clean room to the traditional and tasty breakfast, this is one of the very best Hampton Inns in the U.S. Every staff person was friendly and helpful, from the cleaning staff to the front desk team to the lady who served breakfast with a smile.

The location is fine with easy access to restaurants of all types, a grocery store for snacks and a Kmart to pick up a few things we forgot at home. The rooms are large enough to be comfortable but not huge. The decor reminds you of the great outdoors and is geographically appropriate without being cheesy. We took advantage of the laundry facilities and the business center, both without issue. Wifi signals were strong and there were no issues connecting multiple laptops. Prices are higher than any other Hampton Inn but then again, Jackson is not a budget destination.

The staff was able to answer all our questions and made helpful recommendations for restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.

All in all, we found this to be an excellent hotel experience. Thanks to Rob and the rest of the staff for a relaxing vacation stay!

Thank you for your kind words!

We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us and that our staff was helpful and friendly! You'll have to come back during the winter for a whole new slate of activity offerings plus the Tetons and Yellowstone under a white blanket of snow, is absolutely breathtaking!

We came into town without a reservation but were able to get a room at the Hampton. I thought the whole structure was new, but they said it had been recently renovated. Very nice, very new, very clean. It's pricey compared to most Hamptons because of the location, and the rooms and bathroom are a little snug, but it basically exactly what you would expect from a Hampton. Excellent wifi, of course. The only problem was that the breakfast area was stuck in a corner of the lobby and was woefully inadequate during crowded hours. If I were them, I'd do away with the swimming pool and convert that area to the breadfast room. Literally was no place to sit, pandemonium.

Thank you for your review - our feedback will help us to do better!

I'm giving your suggestion to our GM for expanding our breakfast seating area, it's clever and will help us get creative in finding more seating space in the interim.

Again, thank you for your comments, and thank you for staying with us here in Jackson Hole. We hope you will come back for another visit and let us know how we're doing!

I really enjoyed this hotel on June 12, 2012 as the service was excelllent. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. I noted that this hotel had recently been renovated and converted to the Hampton Inn. All of the furniture in our room was new and the bathroom and bedroom was exceptionally clean.

This location was perfect for my wife and I as we had planned a trip to Yellowstone Park. The staff provided with great advice and directions.

Room Tip: Book in advance as the summer months are very busy in Jackson.
