Closest thing I've found in Jackson to rival the now "non-existent" Cadillac Grill. Great drinks, really nice bar

“Salmon & Sushi”
Reviewed November 13, 2013

My husband and I ate here our last night in Jackson(Oct. 29)...what a great choice...One of our best meals in the town. The atmosphere is more contemporary than rustic. Megan was our wonderful server and we even had the opportunity to meet the owner who also happens to own the sport bar upstairs (Sidewinders) Next visit we will go there too!

“Trendy and really good”
Reviewed October 11, 2013

Excellent food which was nice and hot. Too many restaurants serve luke warm food these days. No corkage fee on wine bought next door made this a very good value place to eat. Bit dark inside and over air-conditioned for our taste - but guess that's part of being trendy.

“Wonderful food in Jackson WY”
Reviewed October 2, 2013

We arrived at our hotel across the street from Ignight after a sluggish drive through Yellowstone (road construction) and Grand Teton, We were tired and hungry and wanted a nice place to eat w/out driving any more. The hotel staff recommended Ignight, just a few steps away. What a very pleasant surprise, our waitress was so helpful, describing the dishes we were contemplating. We ordered the bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer, they were delicious. Our entrée was the macadamia crusted mahi mahi, perfectly done and also delicious. Our dessert was the mud pie, hard to screw up mud pie, this was nothing out of the ordinary but who doesn't love mud pie! We expected the better restaurants in town to be more cowboy fare and this was a perfect alternative.

“Fun evening with friends...”
Reviewed September 26, 2013

Was in town and wanted to catch up with friends. Trendy new restaurant offering from a group that has several others in the area. Spring rolls were unique and good, but appreciated their willingness, even eagerness to accommodate my special diet and tastes. And they have a Liquor Package store attached so you may select from a much larger variety of wines and they then serve to you.

The evening Mixologist was fun and helpful. She helped and entertained.
