one of the few full menu restaurants open after 9pm. good variety of choices and everything prepared with care. service is usually excellent unless the bar is full and the wait staff has to double task there. understandable and forgiveable. got there at the last minute after a late flight in and was pleasantly surprised.

Think of Ignight as a boutique dining spot. The decor is modern and sleek; the service quietly professional. The food is eclectic: everything from flatbread pizzas to fish and chips to sushi to more standard fare. All of it is very good. Worth a visit if you are in Jackson and crave a unique and pleasant dining experience.

We were looking for something "different" our last night in Jackson. It was then I noticed the reviews of Ignight, which is directly across the street from the Wyoming Inn of Jackson where we were staying. I called, had no trouble with reservations for midweek.

We dined early (6pm), so the restaurant was not crowded; however, the place had started filling up by the time we left.

Service was very good, including our server who actually had an "opinion" as to what she would recommend. We started with the Soy Garlic Edamame. Wow! Absolutely the best edamame we have ever had in any Asian inspired restaurant.

Ignight, however, is not "just" a fish-and-sushi restaurant. Their menu is quite extensive with something for everyone, steaks and burgers included. They have a full bar so you can get anything from a Budlight to a Martini. They also had a good wine list.

Our main courses were quite good. I had the Barramundi and hubby ordered one of the night's specials (I don't remember what it was though).

We would definitely recommend Ignight and would return again when in Jackson.

We enjoyed our last night in Jackson with a dinner at this trendy restaurant. We made an early reservation (since we are not the trendy type) and were blown away with the service and quality of the food. Our party of 8 started by sharing the thai beef roll appetizer. Very balanced with a spicy edge. Three in our party order sushi -- "as good as I've ever had" was the comment from one of the more difficult to please in our group. Two from the group ordered the beef sliders and the combination of perfectly cooked beef to a pleasingly soft bun produced the comment: "that was the perfect bite."

This restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, but is well worth a try. It was the best meal we had in our week in Jackson.

We had a nice dinner here. Service was good. The fish and chips was by far the best meal our party had. The sushi was just "so-so" - I think I would pass on the sushi the next time we come.
