My company came out to Jackson Hole for a conference and had a large group go out on a snowmobile tour. Most of our guests were from Arizona or New York and haven't had much experience with snowmobiles. Even though we gave our tour guide Jason quite the challenge by getting at least 5 sleds stuck in the snow, he was very patient with us and got us all out. Everyone couldn't stop raving about how much fun they had. I would highly recommend Togwotee to anyone going to the Jackson Hole area and requesting Jason as their guide. Thanks, Jason!

Four friends and myself took a three day trip with Togwotee Snowmobile Adventures and it was simply outstanding. Our guide picked us up in Jackson Hole early on a Friday morning. He was terrific -- Will. I highly recommend him. He is smart, good with people, gears the trip to the group, and is great to have around.

We spent the first day in Yellowstone. We probably traveled over 120 miles. Will said we saw more of Yellowstone in this one day than a group would see during the summer in three days. If you really want to see Yellowstone this is a great way to do so. During the summer there are 3.5 million people and in the winter there are only 11,000. We saw all kinds of wildlife, water falls, geysers, etc.

However, the true fun began when we hit the Grand Tetons. We upgraded to "powder sleds." BTW: They don't call them snowmobiles, they call them sleds. We essentially were traveling through three or four feet of powder. If you stepped off your sled, you would sink. The scenes were fantastic. It was like being in the Alps.

Will did a great job teaching us how to sled, climb moutains, move across a ridge. I am in pretty good shape and I am still sore from this trip. I have a complete new respect for snowmobiling.

We stayed at the Old Faithful Snow Lodge on the first night and Togwotee Snow Lodge the second night. The food was great at each one and the accomodations were terrific.

We paid around $500 per day and this included all of the gear (which was truly warm), snowmobiles, Guide, food, and accomodations. We saw many other tour groups on the trip and I have to say I felt that TSA had the best eqiupment and most up to date snowmobiles. My sled only had about 4,000 miles it.

We are already planning the next trip! Thanks to Will and TSA -- it was a once in a lifetime trip.

Hi Mark!

Wow, thanks so much for the great review! You really got to experience the best of both worlds...seeing our National Park via snowmobile AND ripping some powder in the National Forest on the performance sleds! You know the lingo now too! We are so happy to read your review and hear about your experience touring with our company. Thanks for the news about Will too. He is a great guide and we love to hear that from our guests. We will be sure to pass along this review to him. Thanks again for taking the time to review us on Trip Advisor and we hope to have the privilege to take you snowmobiling again should your travels bring you back to JH!

We had a great time on our snowmobile trip to Granite Hot Springs. Neither I nor my companion had driven a snowmobile before, but our guide Silas gave us great instruction, so it was easy (even when we tipped it over, oops....) Our trip was a half day trip with 8 people. Silas picked us up at our hotel, took us to get snow clothes and then we headed out to the trailhead. The trail was fun & we stopped by a waterfall on the way to the Springs. At the Springs, Silas took care of the admission fee, so all we had to do was get into our swimwear & hop in. On the way back, he took us to a snow field with some hills where we got to play, which is where we tipped over. He came to help us right away so we could get the snowmobile tipped up quickly. A great day of fun. If you get the chance, do it!!!
