We chose the 4 hour trip starting at 12:30 so it would be warm and sunny. Well organized, the guide was fun and interesting. Only on the water about 2 1/2 hours which was plenty since it was August and the river wasn't running fast. All in all, a fun afternoon.

We had the best time on the whitewater trip! Scooter our guide was great as was the driver Jodie. I would highly suggest this company if you are ever in Jackson Hole. Professional staff and the equipment was in excellent condition.

All in all a great trip and the photos they take are excellent. The picture is on my desk!

We took the eight-man morning combo trip (half scenic, half whitewater) on the Snake River south of Jackson, and it was great. We booked it just a day in advance. With summer ending, they weren't planning to offer it much longer this year.

There's a 20-minute bus ride to the launch spot, and you can leave your belongings in the bus. The return trip is maybe twice as long.

Our guide John was more than capable at turning the raft for the best views of the bald eagles or the best splash from the churning river, asking us to paddle only from time to time. He was knowledgeable, funny, and friendly. (Tips are appreciated.)

Before the rougher part there was a really great-tasting breakfast at their cookout/camping site in the woods above the river. After that we left cameras and phones in the bus. The rapids aren't particularly terrifying at the end of a dry summer, but it was fun all the same.

As professional as it gets from start to end. Our group had four families from different parts of the country; Neb, SC, GA, WI strangers with different backgrounds but all looking for a great experience. Getting strangers comfortable with each other is not easy, it did not take long for the laughs and cross country ribbing to take place. In many ways, our guides out going personality had alot to do with it.

The camp site was well laid out and clean. The tents were clean and maintained. The camp food for dinner and breakfast was good and well prepared.

The river had a story at ever bend. We saw Bold Eagles, deer, and spectacular scenery. The rapids were low but alot of fun.

The rapids were low, but we had a fun time in an 8 person raft. Roan, a local 5th grade school teacher, was very informative, had a great personality.
Only problem is that not all 8 people get a paddle, so I volunteered to sit in the middle of the raft for the beginning, and when it was time to change, thank goodness my husband changed with me, otherwise 5 of the 6 people in the raft would have ignored me. Then when it was time for my husband to get out of sitting in the middle, one person switched. Wasnt too happy about the switching paddlers, cause when you get stubborn people, they wont give up.
Scenery was nice ,we saw an osprey river side, water was cool, but with low humidity, we dried wicked fast.
Would like to try it in the spring when the snow is melting off the mountains and the water will be running fast!
