My husband and I just spent 6 nights at the end of March at the Wyoming Inn and could not have chosen a more wonderful inn. We enjoy smaller, boutique inns & hotels that reflect the local flavor. We can honestly say we rate this experience the best for hospitality and comfort. The girls and ladies behind the desk could not have been more helpful before and during our stay. Not to mention the friendly, knowledge & terrific General Manager, Jennifer. Their recommendations for activities and dining exceeded our expectations. Every day after we returned from an adventure they greeted us as though we were family. Our Mini King Suite was very comfortable and inviting with many amenities. And we are convinced the ladies even arranged for the late season snowfall. We plan to return in another season to once again catch all the beauty and wildlife and see our friends behind the desk.

Room tip: Choose a King Mini Suite on 3rd Floor

Located just a few miles from Jackson main square and 15 minutes from Jackson's Main ski resort, the room we got was spacious really clean, great western decor, 4 star property, every night at 5 PM they offered complimentary soup and cookies (changes daily), besides being a great high quality value, what really sets this property apart is the friendliness and helpfulness of front desk staff, can't remember all the names but Trisda really stood out, you feel like they are all old family friends, over all rating 5 stars

Found this hotel on Trip Advisor, it was a beautiful place, spacious room, bathroom was beautiful. The place was so clean and the staff could not be friendlier. The front desk service was top notch with our best interests in mind at all times. We so enjoyed the lobby and the fireplace after a long day of sight seeing. It was so nice to enjoy a drink by the fireplace and soak in the decor of the beautiful lobby. The bed was so comfortable and the rooms spacious and quiet. Will definitely be back! The worst thing was only being able to stay one night.

Room tip: second floor had access to the balcony and computer and printers

Planned a trip to the Wyoming Inn for our Anniversary. Property' is so gorgeous. Large spacious rooms and beds. We had no idea what there was to do in Jackson hole and the staff (each shift) took us under there wing to make sure we had all the latest wildlife reports, directions, and recommendations each day. We would be greeted each evening with well what did you see today? The fabulous staff though I'm not sure how they knew, left candy and a card in our room on the day of our anniversary. Will definitely stay here again.

For the cost I was hoping to at least get local channels and hbo. The breakfast was too costly. And I wasn't informed of the one hundred dollar deposit for potential damages until I got there, even after speaking on the phone with the front desk.

We appreciate your time in sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize that it wasn't the experience you anticipated and the one we strive to provide.
Our cable provider was having technical difficulties with several channels that affected the entire Town while you were here. We don’t offer HBO in our television programming and apologize that you were inconvenienced.
Upon review of your credit card authorization we take full responsibility and apologize sincerely for authorizing your credit card one hundred dollars more than it should have been. This was a typographical mistake and not a deposit policy at the Wyoming Inn.
We sincerely hope that you will consider staying with us on your next visit. It would be our pleasure to provide you with excellent western hospitality and please feel free to contact me directly.
Sincerely,
Jennifer Mattingly
