The hotel itself is beautiful but nothing to write home about. We were in the handicapped room as well at the end of the hall way and very noisy. It sounded like the air-conditioning unit was right outside our room. The room itself had a view of the street which was noisy as well. When you pay $350 a night you would expect better accommodations. Breakfast is not included in the price... The only coffee choice is french roast. We would prefer a variety at this expense. The exercise room is adequate I would prefer more at this price. They are also lacking a pool. If you would like other accommodations I would look around the corner.

Room Tip: Ask for the quietest room available maybe you would have better luck!!!

Clothing that I put in the closet disappeared. When I contacted the front desk about it, they did not respond adequately. As a result, I would not feel safe staying here again. Stay at your own risk. My experience was that the staff was not supportive when there were issues. Rather, they were dismissive suggesting that there was no responsibility on their side.

Thank you for your feedback about your recent visit to the Wyoming Inn. I wanted to reassure you that upon any guest room changes it is our standard procedure for a housekeeper to be accompanied by our housekeeping manager to inspect the vacated room for any articles that may have been overlooked and those articles immediately placed in the newly occupied room. As we indicated at the time of your inquiry, we followed our procedures upon your room change and neither of our employees reported any items left behind. I am sorry we were not able to locate your clothing and apologize you feel our staff did not respond appropriately. We hold our staff to a very high level of accountability and have confidence in their honesty and ability to meet our expectations.

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms. Friendly staff and great breakfast in hotel restaurant. Free use of hotel washer and dryer was nice for washing up some needed clean clothes. Business computer available on 2nd floor for checking emails. A/C worked very well. Great location for access to town square, grocery store, UPS store, post office, K-Mart and fast food.

Room Tip: Room was at rear of hotel and was quiet

My family comes to Jackson Hole annually and has stayed at The Wort and The Rusty Parrot in the past. They were booked this time, so we tried the Wyoming Inn. It is just as nice as those two hotels. The rooms are spacious and clean. They also have a free washer/dryer available which was handy after enjoying outdoor activities. There is a nice cafe off the lobby that has great service and delicious breakfast too. My only hesitation on staying here again is that we had to drive into town to enjoy the dinners and nightlife of Jackson Hole. The other two restaurants are close enough to walk everywhere. That said, it takes under 5 minutes to drive most places we wanted to go. Just factor that in when you consider finding parking and potentially having cocktails at dinner.
Also, do not stay in room 107-it's right next to the elevator and you will hear it all night. Terrible view of the AC unit too. We moved to room 200 and it is directly across from the laundry room, also loud. All said, I would have no problem staying here again. It is perfectly nice.

Room Tip: Avoid 107 and 200

Great place to stay with new accomidations. Location is good since it is just outside to the busy downtown area which keeps you out of the traffice. Near a shopping center and across the street from a good place to eat.

The Wyoning Inn of Jackson Hole is what you would expect when arriving in Jackson Hole. The Inn has the feel of Jackson Hole. The minute you get picked up from the airport you are greeted with Jackson Hole hopitality. The front desk folks are eager to assist you and provide you with what ever needs you have, thanks to Brian his recommendations were spot on. The rooms are clean and provide a great atmosphere. Walkin shower and double sinks are a nice touch. You can't go wrong with this place.

Room Tip: The rooms with fireplaces are a nice touch. The air worked great without any noise.

We loved the rustic charm and homeliness of this hotel. The front staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we walked through the front door and gave us great advice on the area and it's surrounds ie where to find wildlife. Thanks to their advice we spotted a moose close by during our stay (not something you see in Australia). The magnificent photographs of the wildlife on all the walls were stunning and amazing. We appreciated very much the complimentary laundry facilities. There are great restaurants within a stone's throw of the hotel and especially enjoyed the Gun Barrel Restaurant for dinner and Sidewinders (across the road for an afternoon drink and snack). We based ourselves here to go to the Grand Teton National Park. We would certainly stay here again. Would be great if they had their own restaurant for dinner at some stage in the future as we would have eaten there as well (we're not breakfast eaters).

Room Tip: We were on the 3rd floor and had no issue with noise whatsoever.

Dear Guest,

I am happy to hear you were able to appreciate our "Rustic Charm" as well as enjoy our large collection of Thomas Mangelsen photos.

Sometimes Moose are hard to find, I am so happy to hear that you were able to spot one based on the suggestions our wonderful front desk staff was able to guide you towards.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We look forward to welcoming you back upon your return to our breathtaking area.

Best Regards,
