“Old Faithful Expedition -- Amazing!”
Reviewed October 4, 2013

Nothing could have improved our expedition with Jonathan. He picked us up right at 6:30 a.m. at our rented home in Teton Village and proceeded to guide us through an amazing day of wildlife viewing (black bear, moose -- bull and cow, mule deer, elk, pronghorn, bald eagle, heron, bison, pelicans, coots...you name it, he found it and we saw it!) complete with commentary about each animal's habitat and habits. As we made our way through Grand Teton National Park and into Yellowstone, he knew where to stop for the easiest access/cleanest rest rooms (very important!) and hidden, little known sites that we would have missed on our own. He easily obtained information about the time for the next Old Faithful eruption (something we wouldn't have known how to do) and timed our stops along the way so that we arrived at Old Faithful in time to witness this amazing natural wonder. Jonathan was a gracious, outgoing, easy-to-talk with, extremely knowledgeable guide who willingly catered to our needs (mobility issues) and made us feel very much at home. His love of and commitment to nature and the environment were evident throughout the day. He delivered us back to our home at about 5:30 p.m. ... a long, wonderful day with every moment enjoyed completely. Thank you, Jonathan!

“Off the Beaten Path”
Reviewed October 2, 2013 via mobile

Wildlife Expeditions is a great way to see parts of the park you might not go to on your own. We did the Grand Teton wildlife tour. John took us down roads my husband would not have ventured down in the rental car. All the guides let each other know where and what animals they have seen, so it's a bit easier to find them. We saw moose, bison, elk & beaver. John our guide was very knowledgable about the area, we all learned a lot, but never felt he lectured!

My husband lived the break from driving!

We are happy to give our guests an opportunity to leave the driving and spotting up to us. Jonathan has superior skills with both. Grand Teton National Park is a treasure, due to the parks ranch legacy we have access to areas that are often over looked by visitors. These areas often provide the best wildlife encounters and some incredible natural history opportunities. We believe in education and entertainment, we definitely strive to provide a meaningful experience. Thank You - Jared Baecker

“An Incredible Day”
Reviewed October 1, 2013

What a wonderful day we had with Wildlife Expeditions. Our guide, Sean, was a true professional and entertained us with great factual and historical information. We were traveling with my husband's parents, one of who had a broken ankle, but Sean was able to accommodate our special needs and we all enjoyed a fabulous day. We had never been to the Jackson area before and were blown away by the scenery and wildlife we came across on a cold winter day. Wildlife Expeditions was extremely impressive and I would absolutely travel with them again.

“Watching wildlife in Grand Teton National Park”
Reviewed September 30, 2013

We were collected on time at 6.30 from our hotel in Jackson and within half an hour were watching moose in the national park. We had an informed commentary on their behaviour from our guide, Jessie, a qualified biologist which gave us a clear understanding of the whole ecosystem. We went on to other stunning locations around the park and saw bison, pronghorn, elk, mule deer and beaver lodges. A great day out and one we would love to repeat.

Yes, qualified biologists are key to our success. It is not acceptable to be just a biologist but our guides must also be wonderful people, who enjoy sharing their experiences with others. Thank you for sharing your experience with others. We hope to continue to meet and exceed our reputation. - Jared Baecker
