To sum it up - incredible tour and service. Ezra, our guide was professional, friendly and most of all an excellent guide to Yellowstone National Park. Our main focus was the north end in search of wildlife - this tour did not disappoint. The locations shown were abundant with wildlife yet also great for photos. We were also shown other areas that were not productive on that tour, however they were extremely productive over the following two days. Wolf, the elusive Yellowstone Moose as well as Rocky Mountain Goats were all at sights that were explored during our tour. You can not see Yellowstone in 1 day, or in fact 3 days, however with the help of a knowledgable guide and the prime locations that he showed us, the tour was a pleasure and immensely enjoyable. There are other guide services for the Yellowstone Area; however for great service, outstanding guides and a pleasurable outing, Brushbuck in great.

Joseph,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review about your tour with Ezra last fall!
I really appreciate that you empahsized to prospective customers that you really need to spend some time in Yellowstone if you can because there really IS so much to see here! Even if we can't show you specific animals on your tour (just as you discovered) going back to these areas we take you will almost guarantee a sighting of the animal you are looking for!
Please let us know when you are planning another trip to the area or to another part of the world as we'd love to show that wildlife to you as well!

Sincerely,
Amber Peters

We were in Jackson Hole for a friends wedding and went a few days early so we could do some sight seeing--my son 34, my husband , and myself. We contacted BrushBuck so we could get a guide for the day to see Yellowstone and they sent us Kris Walker who was the best they could have sent for us. He was the same age as our son and was so nice, friendly and very knowledgable. He cooked lunch for us on the side of a mountain and that was wonderful--the lunch, the weather and the scenery! We spent 10hours together and had a great time! The best guide!

I took a solo tour of the Upper Loop of Yellowstone with the goal of seeing as much wildlife as possible. Brushbuck Guide Services did not disappoint. My guide, Kris Walker, did an awesome job spotting lots of wildlife including Sand Hill Cranes, Bison, a Coyote, Eagles, a Harrier, a large Bull Elk, Big Horn Sheep, Pronghorn Antelope, and more. The highlight of the trip was seeing a mother Black Bear and her two cubs eating high up in a tree!

I especially like the personalization of this all-day tour to my interests and having the tour to myself. Kris was such a delight and so informative about Yellowstone and the surrounding wildlife. He made the day so much fun and unique to what I wanted to do.

Be sure to bring a good camera because you'll see beautiful landscapes, unusual features of the park, and great sights of the animals. I'd also pay the extra fee for the photo CD, in which the guide will take candid shots of you and what you see! Their camera was surely better than mine, and knowing that Kris was also taking photos, it took the pressure off of me to make sure I got "every shot."

I highly recommend Brushbuck and look forward to future tours with them!

Taking this wildlife tour was one of the best decisions we made on our trip to Jackson Hole. Ashley, our tour guide was friendly and great at finding wildlife. We learned more from her than we could have reading many wildlife books. We saw areas we would not have seen with beautiful scenery and different wild animals. Honestly, we cannot wait to this again. The buffalo burger cookout was the best!!! I would recommend this tour company to all.
Thanks for a wonderful day, Ashley.

We're so happy you had such a great time on your tour with us in September, 2011!
Ashley is one of our most senior guides at BrushBuck and her eye for wildlife is hard to beat! It is amazing to watch her work.
Since you visited at one of the best times of the year for wildlife viewing (because of the elk rut) I would recommend that you catch another amazing time of year out here for wildlife: late May/early June. The parks are not crowed with visitors yet (so you feel like you have them to yourselves, and the wildlife is OUT OF THIS WORLD! All animals are back from migration and out of hibernation and the babies are dropping in both parks. This makes for not only great pictures of the young, but also great chances for predator sightings (wolves and grizzlies!) The wildflowers are blooming and the Tetons will still have snow on them. It is truly an amazing time of year to visit!
Can't wait to see you again and please also check out our new South African safaris for more amazing wildlife!

Sincerely,
Amber Peters

Neither of us had ever been to Yellowstone so we didn't have a clue where to go or wha to see so a tour was the obvious choice. We got an early morning start (6 am) because we were told that this was the best time to see the wildlife. We were NOT disappointed! We saw bison, elk, wolves and bears (and a variety of birds). This never would have been possible without Bud. He knew exactly where to take us. I am quite certain that our trip would not have been the same without him! We never would have seen all that wildlife or the parts of the park we were able to visit without him. This guy really knows his stuff and his love for his work shines through! THANK YOU!!!
