We were two families traveling together and the double occupancy apartment we had was fantastic with kitchen space, two bedrooms and a murphy bed, and a very spacious dining/living room. The setting is Jackson is within easy walk from town. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at one of the condos at the Snow King & not in the hotel. The condo was very nice but had a few small issues - some of the outlet plugs didn't work & the blinds in one of the rooms was broken. In addition, our room key would periodically not work. We were told it was because it was being placed too close to our phone which was ruining the key. These were all very small issues & wouldn't stop us from staying there again. It was off of the main road in Jackson which is a plus to be away from all the crowds.

I stayed at the hotel 4 nights in June 2013. When I made the reservation, they said construction was complete, so they lied. Upon arrival, construction was underway all over the place. At 6AM, the drills and hammers started up two doors down. They have a new key system that the maids do not know how to work, leaving our room unlocked two of the four days. The door was actually unlocked upon arrival as well. When I notified the front desk, they said they didn't really know how the new locks worked either. The woman at the front desk (Juliette??) said we would be discounted $50/day due to leaving our room unlocked and the ongoing construction 2 doors down each day. When we checked out, the clerk only applied a $15 discount each day, even though the woman told him as we were standing there, that we were to receive a $50 discount per day. He said I would have to talk to Accounting. I asked if I could speak to someone in Accounting and he replied that they are not always in and difficult to contact. I then replied to their survey they e-mailed to me and I received no response or contact from them.
We were lucky nothing was stolen as there are no room safes.

Room Tip: Rooms are very small, but new. No safes for your valuables, especially when they do not lock your r...

I booked a Travelzoo Top 20 deal for this hotel back in February. The hotel recently underwent a major renovation and I believe the deal was to fill the hotel for the summer.
I paid $79 per night for this hotel, which is usually around $300 a night for 6 nights.

We arrived and were greeted by friendly staff and checked in quickly. Our room was completely renovated, with lovely new rustic furniture, carpet, wood-like tile and leather headboard. It had a coffee-maker and mini-fridge, so it looks like they were listening to other reviewers on here.

The staff was always friendly and around. The restaurant on site was very good, and the pool/grounds were always nicely maintained. Free coffee in the morning and the free downtown shuttle is right outside the door every 30 minutes. It was an easy walk back to the hotel from downtown, 10 minutes at a leisurely place. Location was great and beautiful! Free shuttle from the airport, and they even dropped us back off to get our rental car.

However, I was very pleased with this hotel for the price I paid but a few things keep it from being a truly luxury resort.
Housekeeping - we had a dirty mug from the in-room coffee on our bureau for 4 days.....we finally brought it out in the morning to the free coffee table ourselves. They did make up the bed, vacuum and take out the trash but the mug thing irritated me.
Small touches in the rooms - the nice new vanity with the beautiful granite top was paired with old white subway tiles in the bathtub that had not been replaced and had graying grout. The bottom of the tub had lines from an old mat or something. It was fine, but just did not match the rest of the beautifully redone bathroom.
They could not print a receipt when I checked out, and told me they would email it, which they never did.

Small things overall, but the location, nicely redone rooms and friendly staff more than make up for the small glitches!

Everything in the room was new, very clean and comfortable. Slopes, playground and climbing park just 100 meters down the road. Room had a nice view of Jackson and mountain scenery. It's not in the super busy downtown, but it's easy to walk in. You can also get to the groceries by going the back way, avoiding town traffic. No complaints.

Hotel is well appointed and comfortable but not a special place. Also given Jackson prices not a find. Restaurant menu limited and tastes ordinary - less than Jackson has to offer. Staff friendly and helpful. Need to relabel elevator buttons to let you pick lobby floor which is 2 not 1.

We returned for our third visit to Snow King and stayed in the LoveRidge Condos. They are clean, modern and very well equipped. We also had an excellent view of the Grand Teton mountains from our room. The hotel staff is attentive and responsive and very friendly. The newly remodeled restaurant was excellent -- food was very good and staff was very friendly. There are lots of activities for kids - swimming pool, Alpine slide, hiking and horseback riding. Its close proximity to the town square makes this a good choice for a trip to Jackson, WY.

Room Tip: Ask to stay in the LoveRidge condos. They are the newest on the property.
