The service here was amazing. Everyone was so friendly. The rooms were spotless and beautiful. As soon as you pull up, you know you've made the right choice. The flowers are stunning. And the location is perfect. The owners of the motel are so down to earth and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised to see a new flat screen tv in our room, and a newly remodeled bathroom. I only wish I could have stayed longer. I look forward to coming back every year!

We stayed the night of Aug. 16 and would have liked to stay longer. Georga was a great host and showed us the fruit trees. We saw two 10-12 point mule deer eating the pears not 20 feet from our room's back window. The flowers and the smell of them was refreshing, the rooms clean and well furnished. Again, we would love to stay there the next time we are in the area. We also would recommend eating at the Speak Easy in the Greybull Hotel. Great food and atmosphere.

Room Tip: Lots of big truck, but room was quiet.

We had made reservations at the Greybull Motel not ever having been to Greybull. It was a new stop on our annual trek to Sturgis. What a pleasant surprise this motel was. Beautiful grounds, nice clean rooms and the owners are problably 2 of the coolest people we met on our 4000 mile journey. The resturant recommedation was spot on and the best steak of the trip. The only place to stay in Greybull!!

From the curb appeal of the exterior (abundant flowers, green lawn, trim appearance) to the care and detail of the rooms, this property is excellent.

My wife and I have been traveling over the last three weeks and have stayed at many different places and the Greybull Motel rates highly. The room we chose was large and well appointed. Excellent carpet, comfortable beds, flat screen TV, WiFi, refrigerator and microwave in the room.

The bathtub is nicely tiled has a rubber bath mat and grab rail! I wouldn't think to mention these amenities, but all the other places we have stayed don't have them. Slippery tubs with nothing to hold on to is a recipe for disaster. This motel shows attention to detail.

The sink/counter area is large with enough room for all your needs.

The owners are especially nice and helpful.

Room Tip: We stayed in 109, a mid priced room, that was spacious and comfortable.

We needed a last minute place to stay after the rodeo in Cody and found this on Trip Advisor. The reviews about it are correct. It was excellent, the room was clean, and the fact we were turning up late was not an issue at all. And to top it off the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this highly.

After riding our motorcycle from Great Falls Montana in 100 degree heat, the Greybull Motel was such a refreshing sight! Our hosts were terrific and as a guest we could tell they have taken care to be sure the motel was relaxing and affordable. Large room, large flat screen TV, comfy bed and thick fluffy towels. The hosts also had fans in the rooms if additional air movement was needed. The temperature setting for the central a/c was adequate. We loved our stay and the price was great, given the Sturgis rally was going on at this time.....BTW-We did stay in Cody the week before....and no the prices were not less, but actually half again as much as we paid for this room! Very satisfied with our stay and will be recommending this motel to friends who will be traveling that way in a few weeks!

Room Tip: Although there is not a restaurant at this motel, the owners did make several suggestions on what is...

Very pretty on the outside but it ends there. 1) no coffee maker in room, had to go to front office for coffee. 2) No control of AC in room, very stuffy especially when the average daily temp was a 100+. I realize they can't control the temperature outside but not being able to control ours inside was an issue. 3) There was a smell in the room, musty, pet, something but it was not enjoyable. 4) The beds were just cheap or very old. inexpensive pillow top mats could have made all the difference in the world. This was a family/business trip so we were pretty much stuck for three nights. If we return it would be worth the 50 mile commute from Cody every day to stay at a decent Hotel There is a very nice Holiday Inn in Cody with very good service and nice amenities for about the same price. The area the people were great just not this motel

We are very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience at our motel. We strive to give the best service/value to all of our guests. We don't claim to have in room coffee, however we do offer a coffee maker to those that ask for it. All of our beds are relatively new (less than 2 years)and we often receive compliments as to their comfort. As for the alledged odor in the room, rooms are inspected on a daily basis and no odors were detected. My wife actually went back to your room with you to investigate this and found no odor in the room. That's not to say that you didn't smell anything, it's simply saying that she couldn't smell whatever it was that you smelled. She did bring you several different air fresheners to remedy your situation. As for the rate comparison to Cody I think you must be misinformed. You used the Holiday Inn as an example. I checked their rates and they ranged from $198.00 to $268.00. You paid less than half of that at our motel for a 2 bedroom suite. In spite of our best efforts, you can't please all of the people all of the time.
