My husband and I happened to drop in on this fabulous atmosphere with home made food. Each dish has a story behind it that the owners share after they hand toss your pizza dough. ( right before your eyes!). We had an especially tasty heart shaped pizza that was big enough for us to share!

Pizza Carrello used to set up all around town! Now they can easily be found downtown in the historic postal building, a.k.a. Gillette Brewing Company.
Great atmosphere, great customer service, and some of the best wood fired eats I've ever had in my life!
If you're in the area, you must give Pizza Carrello a try!

You'll find Pizza Carrello inside the Gillette Brewing Company, downtown on Gillette Ave. The building is the former post office, erected in 1935, retrofitted for the microbrewery. Pizza Carrello appears to be an afterthought, operating in a little corner of the building and a wood fired oven, on wheels in the parking lot. There is NOTHING pretentious about the food, atmosphere or the people. The dough is hand tossed out in the open, and ingredients like sauce & sausage are craft made to an ancient family recipe. This isn't some themed chain restaurant. This is the real people of the real west.
