We had tried Holiday Inn Express but they were booked solid, so we ended up across the street at Days Inn. Reception was friendly. The room was very clean and had a great shower, but the towels were threadbare. The pillows were like rocks, but the bed was comfortable. One big problem was there were no open outlets in the bedroom. You had to disconnect lights of use the bathroom outlets. There was a desk but no outlet to go with it. There was a five inch rip in the rug just past the door. The breakfast was satisfactory with scrambled eggs and mini muffins, bread and cereal.
