“Friday Night Rodeo and Dancing at the Rustic Pine”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

During the summer, Friday night is Rodeo Night. If you don't go to the Rodeo there is something wrong with you. BUT, before you go to the Rodeo your night should start off at the Rustic Pine for supper. All of their food is great and especially the steaks. After dinner then off to the Rodeo. BUT your night is not complete unless you head back to the Rustic Pine after the rodeo for further adult entertainment and dancing. Only real cowboys go to the Rustic Pine. Be prepared to be swept off you feet by a handsome cowboy and beautiful cowgirl as they dance the night away. Great food, dancing and real cowboys. Go to the Rustic Pine.

“Horrible service”
Reviewed October 14, 2013

My ribeye meal was amazing
However the service was worse than a slum del taco
After 30 minutes we finally got a drink ( never a refill )
It took over an hour to get our food even though there were only 4 tables being served , all if which came in after we did and all were served and finished before we got our food.
The sooner it closes down so the cook can have their talent used someplace else , the better
We left a minuscule tip to make a point with a note about the service, and they rounded the tip up when I got my debit card statement
AVOID

“Eat somewhere else”
Reviewed September 17, 2013

The food is average, and was not hot. Service was poor and although there were tables available, the wait staff was encouraging people NOT to wait because they wouldn't get to them for quite some time.

“new owners?”
Reviewed September 16, 2013

Used to be a very good dinnerhouse. New owners must not have restaurant experience. Sun PM 4 other tables, clearly unprofessional service staff, waited 45 min for salad, at 60 min asked Mgr about entree "well they prepare each item individually" we paid for salad and left,,, neighboring table waited even longer. Server never came back during all this though she had only two other tables. Sad but almost entertaining incompetence.

“Not Worth The Cost”
Reviewed September 12, 2013

We ate dinner here, went early but the place filled about 6 to capacity. Background music was bad until finally turned down. Steaks were way too pricey, Mexican food was fair, rice way over loaded with cumin made it inedible, but large portions of other parts. Service was fair to lacking. Oldsters are given a 15% discount according to their menu, which was not indicated on the bill. I had to remind the waitress who gave us a 'revised' bill. Skip this place.
