The Cody Cowboy Village is a group of log cabins. The check-in was very easy. They offer continental breakfast. It is on the road to Yellowstone. Staff very friendly and offered good dinner tips. The cabin is large with a very nice bathroom. Decorated in a cowboy motif. Some cabins have cooking areas and sitting rooms, but ours had a refrigerator and the best TV choices of any places we have stayed thus far. I highly recommend CCV to anyone who wants a change of pace from the everyday hotel stay.

We were so excited to arrive at this cute, CLEAN, place! It was about 50 miles from the Yellowstone Park and there is SOOOOOO much to do in Cody. The Irma Hotel, the Buffalo Bill Museum, the Trolley tour, the RODEO! Would love to return to this area.

Room tip: All the rooms looked like they would be fine.

The lady that checked us in was very helpful and kind. In the morning, the lady at the desk was not friendly and was arguing with a client, then went on the tell the entire story to the breakfast attendees. Unprofessional. For 160.00 per night, one would think the breakfast would be first class. Biscuits, gravy, cereal, a few small muffins. Not much for the price. Beds were good, one light in the bathroom did not work, so showering was a little dark. No coffee in the rooms, but coffee at front desk. The whole area is overpriced, so buyer beware!

Love this place wish I could stay forever. The quaint little cabins has a gorgeous view of the mountains and we even got tickets to see the rodeo too bad we came in too late to see it. I will visit again good sleeping done there had a pull out sofa and a master bedroom.

We're here for two weeks and totally loving Cody Cowboy Village. TIP: book your stay well in advance because they get sold out quick. And with good reason.

You don't get a lot of big amenities here. No hot breakfast - just cereal, muffins, and hard boiled eggs. No pool - just an outdoor spa. Certainly no fitness room or anything like that. All the effort went into the rooms, which are adorable, comfortable, and probably the best I've ever stayed in. My partner and I are full time travelers, both in our RV and hotel hopping, and CCV is in at least the top 5 of our accommodations.

Other reviewers have called the cabins "rustic". That, to me, makes them sound somewhat shabby and sparely appointed, and that is definitely not the case. We're in just a room, not a suite, and it's quite spacious. VERY well appointed, with premium bedding oversize pillows, and great towels. The decor is cowboy cool, but it's not tacky. If you did your own home in a western theme, this is about what you'd come up with.

Petra at the front desk is a joy and a fountain of information. Anything you want to know about visiting Cody/Yellowstone, ask her because she's the woman and knows everything or at least how to find it.

Everything is super duper clean, from the rooms to the breakfast area to the grounds. Clearly the owners care about their property very much and want you to be comfortable and happy.

It's ideally located and centrally located to pretty much everything you want to do in the area. Each cabin has a small patio with a table and two chairs. I highly recommend getting one of the back cabins so you can sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous view of the mountains and Shoshone River canyon.

We're going to be sorry to leave here.
