This is not a motel. The property is made up of cabins. Some cabins are solo, with a porch and spacious rooms. However, some cabins are constructed as a side by side "Duplex," and they share a front porch. We stayed in a dog-friendly, duplex style cabin. I believe this was the smallest cabin, but the interior is huge and spacious. The king bed fit nicely in the room, with plenty of extra space all around the bed. The ceiling was log cabin style, and soared somewhere between 15-20 feet at the peak. The bedding was incredible. It was super soft, and the sheets were of a great quality, as was the comforter and pillows. The flat screen TV showed more channels than you could want, and the wireless Internet worked great. The bathroom had a stand up shower, and the decor was beautiful. The property manager, Petra (I believe that is her name), is a German lady, who is very friendly and incredibly knowledgeable of the tri-state area, as well an Yellowstone and any attraction I asked about! When I checked in, I told her about a problem my dog was experiencing with his paw. The next morning at breakfast, her first question was, "How is the dog?" She recommended a vet, trips, and route plans. Service here was incredible, and the rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. If I had to state a downside, it would be that the shared, wooden porch can be noisy if you share a cabin. However, we shared a cabin, and it was not an issue during our stay. I will definitely return to this location in the future.

Room Tip: Ask for a solo cabin if you do not want to share a porch.

Our son's family had stayed here and they highly recommended it. We were not disappointed! Very cute individual cabins, which are really motel rooms, good beds, very clean, Good breakfast. All at reasonable rates for Cody. We would stay here again!

Room Tip: Staying in the back reduces any trafiic noise

My husband and I stayed here for three nights in September and thought it great value for money. We booked a two room cabin and were absolutely delighted with out accommodation, it was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and exceeded out expectations. Our first impression was excellent and remained so throughout our stay. The only downside was the lack of seating in the breakfast area, but this was only minimal as there was seating outside our cabin as well as the reception area.

this is our second visit here and we love it! Lovely comfortable log cabins with great quality beds. Nothing to fault this place at all, highly knowledgeable receptionist on check in and we went to the Cowboy music night next door on her recommendation and thoroughly enjoyed it. We really like Cody and came back as we wanted to re visit Yellowstone an hour from here. Spotlessly clean and we even had help with our plans for continuing our road trip above and beyond the call of duty.
Well done Cody Cowboy Village we love it here.

We checked in late after a day of driving and a month of travelling the US and were so glad we did!! This is by far the nicest place we have stayed (we have been staying in a mixture of hotels and cabins along the way) it is as clean as you would like your house to be and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They recommended a great restaurant in town with amazing steak and ribs!

The bed is large and very comfortable on the whole the cabins are very cozy, I think we may be booking an extra night!

Very attractive property, cute, with new, modern log-style cabins with vaulted ceilings. Nicely decorated in cowboy theme, and flat-screen T.V. Quiet location. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom had small shower stall with no tub (although the suite cabins do have tubs.) Very little counter space in the bathroom. There's an attractive outdoor hot tub with a waterfall, but no pool.

Breakfast is basic continental-style, but did include hot biscuits and gravy, and hard boiled eggs.

Conveniently located 50 miles from east gate to Yellowstone National Park, although be aware that the road goes through the mountains, has many sharp curves, and you need to be watching for wildlife. (We saw a pickup truck with a smashed front end that had hit a very large elk.) Take your time.

Petra at the front desk is very friendly and welcoming, and the property is well-maintained. I would be happy to stay here again.

Room Tip: I would avoid the cabins that are directly facing the hot tub if you want a quiet location.

This group of twin cabins was perfect for our post-Yellowstone visit. We were tired from a few days of travel in and around the park. The room was immaculate, the decor was cowboy boots motif, and the bed was perfect from the plush pillows to the high quality bedding. The breakfast was fine for a quick start the next day. The receptionist was helpful in pointing out a few activities for our brief Cody visit. We really enjoyed the miniature exhibits across the street about the history of the cowboys and native Americans. I highly recommend a stay here.
