Room was comfy. Very quiet until truck came to empty garbage bin at McDonald's next door at 5:30 a.m. Bathroom floor and tub slippery. Excellent WiFi. Next to Kmart, large grocery store, gas, liquor store. Ten minute drive to rodeo. Fifteen minute downhill walk to Main Street but to come back, it's uphill all the way. Generous AARP discount.

Our experience at Skyline was great from the time I made reservations till we checked out. My husband and I booked this room in advance as we plannned out our 2 week cross country motorcycle trip. We got a much better rate in doing so. Lois was great answering my questions and meeting our requests as I booked the room. Also en route we were advsed to call ahead to inquire about road closings coming into Cody as we were told of some closings due to snow. We called Lois and she told us the best way to get there. Upon arrival Lois, her husband, and a young lady at the desk were so courteous and helpful in providing us with suggestions on where to eat. Our room was clean and comfortable and we got a good night's sleep. The next morning our not so special continental breakfast fare was made memorable by the attendent who was playing the accordian when not helping serve us or others. His smile and vitality brightened up our morning. Just before checking out, we went back to the office and once again Lois came to our aid. I had gotten sick along the way on our trip and I felt I needed to see a doctor before we continued on. She recommended a couple of clinics to us and looked up phone numbers and addresses. We would definatley stay there again if ever in Cody.

Stayes here for 1 night with my fame and we loved it. I thought the price was expensive at $96 a night for a simple hotel but after checking around it was the best value around. Cody is an expensive town. The hotel room was very clean and stocked with more towels and washcloths than normal. The staff and the clientele was above average. We felt very safe at home. When we return to Cody we will stay there again.

Only an hour out of Yellowstone it was a great place to stay after our last day of touring the park, before heading home. Service was excellent, room was large clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was offered although we didn't partake. Since Cody is small they are close to everything. A map of town was given to us along with recommendations of where to eat. Booked on the internet and got a great rate compared to everything else around. Definitely a great value.
