We were here two days and on the 2nd day we were rushing through things because we were starting to be pushed for time. You get a two day admission with your ticket and you need it to see the entire place. Wonderful displays to please anyone interest in many types of history. Great attraction.

I love this place. There is so much to see and you always learn something. My friend is a school teacher and she asked for some information. One of the curators gave her some great teaching materials and encouraged my friend to have her students contact her via email for help on some projects involving the Plains Indians. My one complaint is the the section on Buffalo Bill himself was closed but yet you still have to pay the same price as if the whole museum was open. Otherwise great.

I have been to many museums, but this one is one of the best! I had no idea how much area this museum encompasses until just before it closed! We only had about 2-3 hours late in the afternoon, and unfortunately, we did not have enough time! You can easily spend 2 full days here with the Western art, massive gun collections, Plains Indian Peoples exhibit, Yellowstone exhibit, indoor and outdoor statues, etc. I so hope to come back again to spend the entire day!

If you are in Cody, please take the time to spend here!
