I know that some of the reviewers stated it was too far out of town but we came at it from the east and almost missed it. It is really on the very east end of town. It is a lovely hotel, the room was large and very clean. The staff was very friendly. The Wyoming War Memorial is right in the front yard. Breakfast was fine. The bed was firm. We liked the fact that it was on the outskirts since it was Saturday night and a motorcycle rally was in town. I am sure we had a quieter evening than some of the people in town.

Very nice hotel. A little pricey, but that can be expected due to its proximity to Yellowstone. The Wyoming veteran's memorial was on the other side of the parking lot. They were still buildin the WWII and Korean memorial while we were there. It was very nice and worth stopping at if you're driving through Cody.

The only negative was that it was next to an industrial area. The view to the north is a storage area for old trucks, construction equipment, and other junk.

This is the mini suite. For a couple bucks more, it is a larger room with a couch and a jacuzzi tub! It is roomy and attractive, has the fridge & microwave, just very nice.
It is at the edge of town away from everything, but a short drive into town. I liked that about it.
The only thing I did not like was, I had hoped to sit in the hot tub with my husband. I brought a new suit. But it was located in the front window of the parking lot, next to the front desk. What a terrible plan for the location. Well, that's ok, I had one in my room! We had the best time in Cody, then went to Red Lodge and over the Beartooth Pass into Yellowstone.

We stayed at the Beartooth Inn at the beginning and end of a backpacking trip to the Bighorns in central Wyoming. Because we didn't want to trust the airlines to deliver our backpacks and gear, we arranged with the hotel to have our gear shipped via UPS ahead of time. We allowed a couple of extra days to be safe. The hotel held our giant box (it held two backpacks full of stuff) for several days until we arrived, and then consented to store our empty box for us until we returned in a week's time. The room was spacious and pleasant; the staff was very helpful, over and above dealing with our package, and the hotel was very conveniently located (next door to the airport). We would definitely stay there again if returning to Cody.

We stayed one night and would recommend this hotel for your visit to Cody. It is located just a mile or two on the opposite side town if arriving from Yellowstone.

I found I needed to stay an extra night and they were very accomodating even though it meant spending some time redoing the room chart for the next night since they were almost fully booked with a tour bus. I had a room on the back side of the hotel, facing away from the lake and highway and while the scenery was not great I was not in the room long enough to care. It was very quiet except for when all of the air conditioners were running full blast. Breakfast was ok, fruit was always canned. Fruit cocktail one morning, mandarin oranges another. A shortcut took me directly to the Buffalo Bill museum, circumventing the downtown stoplights entirely. Grocery store very near and lots of fast food places also nearby. Also, there were no pets allowed.

We actually had trouble finding it, since it was on the outskirts of town. Okay; a bit pricey. Even though it was obvious they wouldn't have full occupancy, they wouldn't budge on the price. Probably wouldn't stay there again.
