“Step back in time”
Reviewed November 9, 2012

I love looking at houses. This place was like stepping back in time. The attraction has wood cabins recovered from around the old West. The cabins are well preserved and arranged almost like old village. In the cabins are more artifacts and stories of the people who once lived in the home. The general store was one of my favorites.

“A nice collection of the old West”
Reviewed October 28, 2012

Many original buildings from the old West, complete with boardwalk. Displayed well, and one building is chock full of interesting items dating back to that time. Don't miss the large barn full of different wagons. Gives visitors a great chance to think back of how it might have been. Very reasonable admission.

“Taste of the old west”
Reviewed October 16, 2012

A return visit - we enjoy meandering through the town which is well put togehter and carries real history much with photographic evidence to support (as with a lot of the modern US history) which we find incredible.

“1895 Cody City”
Reviewed October 1, 2012

Stories of outlaws are told in these twenty six historic buildings at the original site of Cody City. The Hole in the Wall cabin used by Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid is here. We walked along the boardwalk and stopped to view the artifacts and read about the history of this area.
