SpringHill Suites Cheyenne
Ranked #11 of 32 Hotels in Cheyenne

I stayed at this hotel July 11-14 and then July 16-20. My stay was excellent at the hotel. The staff was friendly. Mycal (I think I spelled his name right) was very friendly and knows how to treat people and when they come to him with a problem (like I did, twice) he addresses you with a smile and Mr, Ms, or Mrs and does his utmost to help you out all while being cheerful, friendly and as courteous as possible. I did not like the managment because when they tried addressing my problem they just gave me an attitude. The workout facility was small (only two treadmills and a stair stepper) but it was still good. I stayed in a king suite both times and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Being able to lounge on a couch (which by the way also pulls out into a bed if need be) after work wsa great. They have a small food area in the lobby to buy food and while some of it is overpriced it was very convient. The breakfast in the morning was always hot, fresh, and good. There was a variety to choose from and the staff in the morning there always gave me a "Good morning, how are you sir". My only complaint here is that they serve the same food every morning so if you are staying awhile it will get repetive. Other than that I have no other complaints at all about this hotel. Almost everything was great. I stayed as military during my work time here and I would defitinely recommend this hotel to everyone else.

We stayed at the Cheyenne Springhill Suites for two nights recently. The hotel was relatively new, very clean, and nicely appointed. The bedroom area was small, but the bathroom was spacious, and sitting room area fine for two people. The bathroom was well stocked with complimentary toiletries and towels. There is a mini-bar area with a microwave and refrigerator. Free Wifi is available, and 1 large flatscreen TV serves both the sitting and bedroom areas. It's almost too big for the room. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Foam earplugs were provided, probably because I-80 is right outside, and there was considerable traffic noise. We left the fan running all night which drowned out the traffic.
The free breakfast was better than many: egg and meat choices, real oatmeal with 3 toppings (brown sugar, chopped pecans, and raisins), salsa for eggs, decent pastries, and excellent service.
Services provided that we did not use: indoor pool and exercise room, guest laundry room.
We had one small maintenance issue when we checked in; it was resolved immediately to our satisfaction. Overall, our stay was enjoyable. The price was a little higher than I like to pay, but it was a good value for the money. I would recommend Stringhill Suites in Cheyenne to families, business travelers, and vacationers.

We stayed in the Springhill Suites for one night.
The room was amazing. Spacious, clean and quiet. When you entered the room you first came into a small sitting area and kitchenette. When you passed the dresser with flatscreen TV you came into the bedroom.
The sitting area has a couch, an armchair, a table and a desk & chair. The kitchenette has a fridge, a microwave and a sink. The bedroom had a very comfortable King bed.
All rooms have free WiFi.
Breakfast was good. There was juices, coffee, tea, bread, bagels, jams, peanutbutter, cereals and fresh fruit.
The staff that we came across, frontdesk and breakfastcrew, were all very friendly.
When we'll return to Cheyenne, we will defenitely stay here again!

Like others on here, we were given a room on the north side, facing the freeway. And yes, the noise was loud for a good part of the night. The hotel addresses this by providing both ear plugs and a white noise maker (ala beach sounds, waterfalls, etc) in the rooms. We found that by leaving the air conditioner on instead of on auto, it drowned out most of the noise.

Note to others, ask for a room with an even number when you arrive and you'll avoid this.

The room itself was well appointed. A nice sofa and chair in the suite area, with a small wetbar and fridge. If you're staying awhile, it would be really convenient as there is also a microwave. There is also a small desk should you need it and free wi-fi.

The TV serves both sides of the room. It's large and loud!:) It can be swiveled to serve the suite area or the bed area. We had a king sized bed which was a DREAM to sleep on. Not sure if it was a temperpedic or what, but it was firm without being board stiff. THe pillow selection was awesome as well. We typically have to ask for extras, but there were plenty to choose from, both fluffy and firm...which is really rare.

The bathroom is small, but functional. NO tub, but the shower is good sized and is tiled, not a formed structure like in most hotels.

The breakfast was great. Cereals, hot cereal, sausages, eggs, make your own waffles, fruit, yogurt and biscuits were on our menu. All fresh and replenished often. Coffee, juice, milk and water were also flowing freely.

We stayed only one night but would gladly stay there again if we go through Cheyenne again. The hotel is incredibly easy to get to if you follow the signs from I-80. There's not much in walking distance, but plenty on the other side of the freeway.

Room Tip: ask for a room with an even number

This is the newest hotel in Cheyenne and a few miles away from the city. Mike at the front desk is very helpful.

We had a 2 queen suite with a nice sitting area and work desk. Beds were quite comfy. Shower could use a bit of updating. We enjoyed our stay after a long day of driving it was nice to have room to move about and somewhere to sit other than the bed.
Breakfast was very good with homemade oatmeal with toppings, omelets, pastries, and waffles. Sugar free and lite options were available which you don't always find.

Clean and spacious rooms. The only thing we didn't like was that our room was facing the freeway and we had a fair amount of noise but it did become less so at night. The hotel did provide earplugs but we would have preferred a room on the opposite side of the hotel. We tried but none were available.
