Wow, just returned from a fabulous dinner and it was the first night of the new menu, outstanding!! The Spiced Rabbit Toast is a fabulous appetizer, and their Bacon Wrapped Pheasant is a perfect combination of sauces and herbs. Fellow diners/locals suggested the Bread Pudding, which used to be a peasants treat, but it has risen to the top of the food chain at this restaurant. Thank you to everyone, truly a great meal! I will be back (and I don't even live here!).
Is this restaurant pricey, no. The food is very upscale and as a traveler, I would say it is one of the best restaurants in the country, and the price is comparable with the quality of the food as it was served and presented.

I get the feeling the chef passed through Charleston once and became fascinated with lowcountry cuisine. This place is very bad attempt. The shrimp and grits are the worst i've ever had; runny and bland. I will definitely give the place high marks for decor and atmosphere, I loved that.

Enjoyed a post UW football game meal here. Very good wine, great food. Starters, entrees, desert all excellent. Pretty slow with water & drinks, desert took forever. But loved this place & will return.

Cheyenne is not known for its wealth of great restaurants so when the Morris House opened everyone went with limited expectations. Turns out we lucked out and got one of the BEST new restaurant in the region. From the fabulous ambience both inside (historic old home and lovely decor) and out (the landscaping is gorgeous) to the never less than perfect seasonal menu Morris House certainly delivers on a wonderful dining experience. Chef Damien is a genius with fresh veggies and seasonal meats/fish and always surprises with a subtle southern twist. Co-Owner Troy works his magic in the front of the house. Although constantly fully booked everyone feels special. If you are in Cheyenne DON'T miss the Morris House...but make a reservation.
