I stayed at the Little America Cheyenne during a cross-country drive. There were some real positives - the room was huge and comfortably furnished, including a large flat panel tv. High speed Internet was free. It's a good ways away from the highway and there are lots of trees on the property so you feel kind of off in the woods. The pool looked very nice (too cold in March to check it out though). But there were some serious negatives too. There was construction in the hotel lobby and on the golf course right outside my room. The sound of bulldozers is really not what you want to hear at 7:00 in the morning. At dinner, the hostess (she was about seventeen and obviously rather impressed with herself) tried to seat me at absolutely the worst table in the place - in a dark corner, right next to the kitchen door - despite the fact the dining room was only about a quarter full. Then she acted all offended when I insisted on a different table. And the breakfast buffet was just a total rip-off at something like $13.95 for a very basic and mediocre spread. I'd probably try somewhere else if I ever found myself again in Cheyenne.

Just checked out of Little America - Cheyenne this morning.
We were in a Deluxe 2 bed, room. It was huge!
Furnishings were a little on the older side...but in good shape.
Large flat panel TV.
The bedding was very nice....with what seemed to be feather pillows, and double sheeted down blankets.
Large bathroom, with one sink in the bathroom itself, and another sink and mirror outside the bath. The fixtures in the bathroom could use a little updating.
We took another Trip Advisor's advice and requested a bottom floor room since there are no elevators to the 2nd floor rooms.
My only complaints were that the toilet was incredibly low to the floor, and it required attention after each use to make it quit running.
This Little America is in the process of a major remodel. The new entry and lobby/future shops look like that in a 5 star hotel! The old Coffee Shop is gone, along with the gift shop at this point. They have a small cafe where you can buy sandwiches and coffee. We ate two meals at Hathaway's, their large restaurant. Dinner and breakfast the next morning. Food was very good, and the service excellent. Our waitress told us that they are adding a convention center.
I would stay there again anytime.
