We read reviews and thought it seemed like an OK hotel to stay at as many other hotels in Casper had no vacancy. We arrived at 7pm to find a bus parked out front so needless to say it took a long time to check in. We took some stuff up to our room and hotel looked really banged up in hallways and smelled cigarette smoke. Opened door to room and was not impressed as it looked old & dirty. We tried to be positive and continued to bring in suitcases (no elevator!!) but we pulled bedspread off to look at bed and 2 pillowcases had stains and LOTS of HAIR in the bedding. We went to front desk and asked to cancel our room and they did and so far did not charge us for the room so that was good. It appeared that 2 guys were working the front desk by themselves and were really understaffed which is probably why it was in the bad shape to begin with. This was the worst hotel room we saw on our whole 3 week vacation....unless we just got a bad room, but I doubt it. We were able to find a different hotel luckily or else I would've rather slept in the car.
