We fell for the reasonable price. We stayed in the "Village" which was a motel offsite , place was dirty with less than subpar craftsmanship that try to make the rooms look updated. Loud obnoxious people had the run of the place at night no on site front desk. Waterpark was small and dirty . I don't like to stereotype but I think the place was half filled with Honey Boo Boo's relation. When the pool opened it was like these people have never been out or didn't care .like that seen in caddy shack when all the workers jump in for their 30 mins of swimming . I seen at least two boobs hanging out and they were to drunk to know it. Think the other half of the people were like us wondering if we could get a refund. I think they were over capacity also. The outside waterparks seems like it would be ok at least the rain could clean up naturally .

Had a great time with the kids! Did not like the fact that it was $10.50 for an inside locker/but you do get half of that cost back. I was amazed at the amount of people there, and we stayed in building 10, so we had to come in with all our coats and things, under 30 degrees outside, one of us had to brave the elements to take our coats back out to the cars, barely enough room with two lockers for all our winter foorwear and cloths. First timers should drop all people at the entrance without coats, and things then park. Otherwise you'll take forever finding a place to park and try to get people inside to have fun. ALL people taking up two parking place's should be towed, and ticketed!!! We had same problem at hotel with parking. Many people were spitting on the cars that parked like that, we thought that was just as bad, but felt the same way about it. Just tow them or ticket them. TAKE MONEY to the them park, you will need it at the arcade!

It started with the 10 dollar charge for parking in a vast parking lot. After seeing small drinks being taken from bags at the entrance gate I got the impression that this was not a customer friendly park and also most interested in making money as a priority. Waiting for the boys while they were in line for the coasters was not pleasant. There were few places to sit and the one or two available were in the sun with no shade. No regard for parents who have to wait for over a hour. Hey go to Noah's Ark and see the areas they provide for waiters. The whole property is a combination of coasters, race tracks, indoor sheds and a large waterpark that used to be Familyland.None of these components is excellent. This is a huge property without a unifying theme, basically a waste of space. The opportunity--close the place down and gut it out. Hire Cedar Fair (owners of Cedar Point) to create a world class amusement park with state of the art coasters, carnival rides, and a kiddie area to fill the void left by the closing of Riverview. The area should include a major indoor/outdoor waterpark. This will give the Dells new life as property owners of existing waterparks struggle with the mid-life crisis of renewal and repair. Check the reviews of Chula Vista, Wildermess (not misspelled)and Kalahari and feel customer unhappiness with properties still living on there original glory when they were new. Tons of visitors and lack of ongoing maintenance and enhancements have devalued these properties. Do the owners act concerned? NO. At Wildermess they keep adding more units further stressing crowded waterparks, Kalahari has claimed to be the best but reminds you now of a faded actress heavily made up and living on past glories, Chula Vista seems to have just given up offering entrance to visitors at the various motels in the Dells making for serious overcrowding. The reviews tell the story. Do the owners read these reviews? If they do then it indicates they don't care. They count on us to continue to patronize their properties. We complain, but we continue to come. Look I love the Dells in its overpriced, hokey glory. Its natural beauty is hard to match. Yet to continue to claim to be the "Waterpark Capital of the World" , it must give us what we pay for, not dirty hotel rooms, fading resorts and overcrowded properties. These are just a few thoughts on how the Dells can be better. I don't want it to be Cedar Point, but visitors from north and west of Ohio could one day just go to the Dells for both their water and thrill park vacations. Come on Mt. Olympus make the investment. What you are presenting to us now won't work too much longer.

Please if you came here please make sure you listen and DO NOT go to this resort. We read reviews on our way to hotel on ipad in car just for fun and was like OH MY what did we do! Then every resort was full for presidents day so we were stuck there!
Super gross hotel, villiage is discusting and people that swim and hang out there are so gross.
Staff super snotty and rude.
Up all night with two young kids because teenagers were partying! Getting so loud kept us up all night!

Never again!!!!!
This is the first time i have ever wrote a review and so hope i can help you NEVER to come here.

Purchased a ticket in advance to the Water/Theme Park online on a 50% off deal from their website. Being a senior, I enjoyed the two whirlpools and the endless river. Water was pleasantly warm. The place was clean and staff friendly. There was no extra fee to park on the Thursday I was there, however in the summer when the outside park is open I had to paid extra for parking.
