Went there on our most recent Dells trip and decided to try some new restaurants. We went as a family of five on a Wednesday to try out the Prime Rib Special. After we sit down and order our drinks, it then takes 10 minutes before our server comes back and forgets my 6 year old's drink. Not a problem we figure, that will be taken care of in a minute or two since the place was only at 1/3 capacity and there were three servers so we place our order for cheese curds. After 20 minutes go by we finally get her drink and everyone else is empty and the water is empty sitting on the edge of the table to be a hint that we need refills. He drops off the drink and turns to take off before we flag him down for the refills. After another 10 minutes our cheese curds finally come out and he brings the table salad, which was a nice touch and the dinner rolls. However, thirty minutes for a restaurant that is at 1/3 capacity? Really?!?
Now we wait for our food to arrive, which from when we sat down to when it arrived was an hour and 25 minutes for three kids meals, adult spagetti and prime rib. After the initial food delivery the server announces that he will be back with the parmesan cheese for the adult and kids spagetti. After waiting for 5 minutes my wife and son began eating as they had grown tired of waiting. They finally did get their parmesan cheese when we were getting our containers to go. Also the fries that were to come with the other two kids meals didn't arrive until we were ready to go.
Not sure if our server didn't know how to place orders, or if the kitchen was disfunctional, but avoid this place unless you like average food with horrible service. The prime rib, was below average as an FYI, very bland.
