This was the first resort we ever stayed at in Wisconsin Dells. After scouring the reviews, we decided that it looked the most modern with the best attractions in the waterpark. We tend to travel to this area mostly in the colder months. During the summer, we have plenty going on, but in the winter- we all get cabin fever and this is a great Resort town with plenty to do inside if you like the water :)
Even when we choose not to stay here, we always pay the day pass and visit the waterpark. My son is 4 and loves the water. However, many of the other indoor waterparks have very little to offer toddlers. And mine isn't afraid- he wants to do it all! This is the only place that keeps him occupied and feeling included- there is so much that we can all do together!
The 'toilet bowl' ride is soooo fun and unlike anything else. Very scary- but very cool! They also have 2 body slides and 2 tube slides at the top of the same staircase. We also love the 'water coaster' and the big yellow family raft ride. The wave pool is huge and nice. The lazy river is vast and branches out. They also have one of those 'wave riders' that let you pretend to surf. We have never tried it, but everyone else seemed to like it!
There are at least 3 kid areas (that I can recall) with many actual slides for kids only. Some very small for the timid or tiny kids- and others geared more for 6-10 (my guess only) but these are the ones my son loves!
There is lots of seating, and lots of towels. There is access to food, changing rooms, rest rooms etc. There are also lockers, but we have never used them, we are always fine leaving our stuff on our chairs.
Overall- if you have kids that love the water parks, but have a hard time finding one that has much for them- this is your place! And if you have no kids, and you want adult indoor water attractions- this is your place too!
We have 2 toddlers, and this is the best indoor waterpark we have discovered for them. My four year old son knows the Kalahari theme song by heart and loves this place!
